The womens Bathroom is constantly disgustingly dirty every day made multiple complaints about the dirtiness and the manager swore he had it cleaned 2x a day personally Id say the prices are awesome on some items over priced on other items and the understanding of cleanliness is unsatisfactory I think the health department should be made aware the handicapped bathroom had blood on walls for multiple days that is concerning to me it not once but every time its dirty every day its dirty YUK DONT TRUST THE BATHROOM YOU MIGHT CATCH DISEASE!

Last Sunday the futon mattress was on sale from 199 down to 80. So I bought it, brought it home and it was the wrong one, went back to return it after the ONE DAY sale and said they wouldnt give me my correct mattress, when they gave me the wrong mattress in the first place, because the sell was over. ARE YOU KIDDING ME!?

Disgusted with lack of cleanliness and organization. Bathroom is filthy and store lacks attention. There is obviously no attention to basic housekeeping and facility management.

Its Big Lots, the products are iffy but the prices are typically low. This is a bigger store with a not too disgusting bathroom.
