I purchased some tires back in April. There was a miscommunication and the store ended up ordering the wrong tires. I didnt notice it until the tires were on my truck. Although I was quite frustrated, the manager, John, reassured me that if I didnt want those tires, that he would make it right. I was on my way out of town. I was flustered. I took the wrong tires and left. Fast forward to November, several thousand miles later, Im back at Discount Tire for a rotation. John chats me up and during the conversation we discuss my tires. I mention how Im really not that thrilled with the tires and much to my surprise he remembers me and reiterates his offer to replace the tires with the ones I had originally wanted. And he did just that. Now thats what I call customer service. I know where Im getting my next tires and I know where Im sending anyone who asks me about tires.

We are trying to get one tire replaced under full warranty but have been waiting for over 1 1/2 hours. Turns out they are really busy and at 6:40pm they are closed but still working on cars. The wait was extremely long but the people were nice and they took care of the replacement. On the other hand, it was a front passenger tire being replaced. The work order says it would be placed on the back and there was supposed to be a tire rotation at the same time as per my husbands request. I dont think the rotation took place as the new tire was placed on the front passenger side. My biggest complaint is we already waited a long time to have the tires put on in the first place in Michigan a month ago. Having to wait for one tire to be replaced for almost 2 hours is not right. I am thinking the reason we had to wait so long is there was no money in a warranty replacement.

These guys have a customer for life. i am struggling to get by and i found out my tires are about to pop (steel bands exposed) and went to lesshwab to do the monthly payment plan with 125.00 to my name, they said no because i have no credit. (not good or bad). i went here for the same thing and was told no for the payment plan (because of the no credit). 2 new tires would cost 175.00 for everything (cheapest ones) but i couldnt afford that. i figured i was screwed.... BUT one of the sales people worked with me and was able to get me the same tires at a onetime deal of 121.00 and some change and saved me from driving on beyond bald tires which could of blown out at any time. Discount Tire helped me when i needed it most and i will always be grateful. They will always have a loyal customer until the day i die.

Purchased a set of tires 18 months ago at the Lacey Discount Tire. Paid a few bucks for the warranty. I get them rotated every 7k miles and do a pressure check once a month or so. Otherwise I pay the tires no mind. Today, experienced a pretty bad flat. Bad enough the tire was damaged. Took off the tire and into the trunk it went and, on came the little doughnut tire I didnt even know was in there. Hobble back to the same place I bought them from. Tons of cars. All the cars. Thought I would be there forever. False. Less than an hour which is just long enough to eat at the Rock. 8 dollars out the door, which is the warranty for the new tire they put on my car. Replaced, no questions asked. 6 out of 5 stars.

I usually dont write reviews, but this place is one of the best auto care business Ive seen anywhere. Long ago, I stop by for tire rotation on my OEM tires. They did it without any charges. Years later, when I had to replace my tires, I did extensive research online and locally. This place price matched Costco price for the Michelin tires I wanted. They provide free tire balancing and rotations. This week I pop my tires, and with the extended guarantee, they are replacing my tires for free. Whats actually great about this place is the customer service. They are friendly and very accommodating. Just be aware that they are very busy, for good reasons. So be sure to call and make appointments accordingly.

I wont explain everything, but it was clear they thought because I was a woman, they could convince me of what I wanted. I probably said no 6 times, while they kept pushing. I watched as they treated every woman the same way, and the men a different way. They never questioned what the men wanted and actually listen to their requests. It didnt matter how many times I said I understand how something works, they still explained it. It was degrading and its frustrating that men still assume women dont know things. Go to Garys Tire in Olympia. They will definitely give you the respect you deserve.

I am extremely impressed with the customer service at this location. After my encounter checking in with John, I was already impressed. Then as I sat waiting for my tires to be replaced I couldnt help but notice the astounding customer service and professionalism demonstrated by Dominic to an elderly lady, and constant reassurance by John to other customers that their car is almost ready. It is refreshing to see such a hard working crew and consistency in the dynamic of this team (as a business professional) keep up the good work and I will be sending many your way!

I love this location! Staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. They take extra care and precaution dealing with our very low car. I bought tires at the Tacoma location, and after 20 minutes of listening to the employee stress about how important it is to get all four matching tires, i realized about two months later they put one "tour" version of the tire while all other three where "sports" versions. I called this location and they fixed the problem immediately the same day and didint charge me for the mistake. This is a great company!

Worst experience ever. Lazy staff and poor poor management. I went in today to have my tires which are brand new aired up a bit and without hesitation they turned me away. I left on under inflated tires and that is not safe at all. Thankfully I was able to make it safely to Les Schwab where I was greeted right away and with prompt service. Ill never recommend a person to this place and Ill make sure I never return again.

I bought new rims from the location in South Hill. Since then my low air pressure light has come on 3 times. I came in upset thinking my rims were the problem; turns out I had a screw in one. They patched it up with no charge and handled my concerns with the upmost respect and courtesy. Needless to say, Discount Tire is my official tire place from now on. They are always helpful and the customers always come first.

Brought 4 large tires with me to mount on my 2500 GMC and was skeptical because Im very picky with my vehicle. Zero issues. They took the time to listen to me and met my every request. The technicians and the service advisors are top notch. Great company and great location. I highly recommend not only Discount Tire, but this location as well. I have OCD with my truck and these guys were awesome.
