I dont flat out hate Walmart but every time Ive been here for groceries (3x since theyve opened) Ive been unsatisfied with the products and prices. The keurig cups here are almost twice as expensive as the ones at winco. The bread that they sell seems to always expire quickly. The pocket bread they have on the shelves today, all have sell by dates that are two days from today! Ive never seen grocery stores with bread with that short of a shelf life. The organic spinach/arugula mix I bought today also has a sell by date of today. Winco is much cheaper for groceries, I wouldnt even bother with this place unless you go shopping for groceries every other day and want to spend as much as albertsons across the street.

I order my groceries online and pick them up at a time a choose thats convenient to me. You park on the pharmacy side in one of the numbered spots, call the number on the sign and someone brings your groceries out to you! Saves me so much time and from buying junk food while wandering through the aisles! Wish the kids working here were a little more professional, but its mostly teenagers, but they are at least pretty friendly.

Friendly staff with recycling center open til midnight. However, beginning 8/5/17, the market is changing hours to recycle for redemption til 10 pm. Ple try of markets have decent ratings, and are in a busier shopping location. But because mama has recycling late I myself and many other people chose to drive out to their store. So personally I think changing these hours as a mistake.

I had two simple internet orders from Walmart and chose "in store pick up." to save shipping charges I forgot the order numbers when I arrived to pick them up. Even with my ID and all my information (except the order number) they were unable to find my orders. Its like The Soup Nazi. You must step forward and stand straight when you present your order or NO SOUP FOR YOU.

This location got off to a rocky start but has been getting better. The staff was bizarre and made for an odd shopping environment but it seems theyve cleaned house and have some good people there now. Dont expect to get good produce or a very good variety of fruits and veggies, every time I go looking for these things they either dont have any or its in rough shape.

Went to go pick up an order and ended up waiting for half a hour. There was only one register opened and waited while standing. When it was my turn, it only took less than a minute to pick up my order and leave. When I left, THE SECOND REGISTER OPENED! Seriously? They let me waited for half an hour and when I left, another person came and opened up a second register.

Employees behavior is not good. We bought a few items on Walmart website, and went to return them instore at this store. We has printed receipts for everything. I understand if they said it cant be done, but their behavior was bad. Not the way to speak with a customer. Would not go back to Shaleen st walmart if this behavior of the employees continues.

The store is better kept than most Walmarts I have visited and the employees are friendly and helpf. However they seem to rotate products in and out frequently. So if you get used to purchasing a specific item there, there is no guarantee that they will still carry it the next week. That is the reason for only three stars.

Pharmacy staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. Sometimes out of 90 day supply of my med and have to order it. Then I have to make another trip in to get my Rx. Drive-up pharmacy is a great convenience. Store is clean and well stocked. Good produce. Checkers friendly, but could have more working during rush hours.

Severe lack of training here, not surprised since it is Walmart. Cashiers dont even know how to use Walmart pay, which is a Walmart product. Really? Winco is employee owned at least, not that their cashiers are much better. Winco prices are much much cheaper.

The main reason I dont care for this location is the fact that it is not very convenient to get in and out of. Otherwise it is a standard Walmart Neighborhood Market. It seemed clean enough and does not otherwise stand out as particularly great or terrible.

This Walmart has a very new and sterile feel to it. It just opened earlier this year and Ive been there a few times/month. The prices are a little higher than you would pay at Winco, but its a good option if youre short on time. Very helpful deli section.

I didnt expect to be impressed with a Walmart, but I was. Its a smaller market than I expected, but they seem to have good prices. Very clean! Also, the clientele seemed more...uhm...normal (for lack of a better term) than most average Walmart shoppers.

Clean. Helpful staff. Good place to grab something on the way to work or on the way home. Bottle returns can be very busy since there is no limit and the best machines in the area. Result breakdowns occur due to the high volume of returns.

Terrible management. Half of produce and bakery shelves are empty no matter when you go. Store not carrying many items that similar walmarts have. Talked about this issue to different managers multiple times but none of them did anything.

Walmart is known for just being a smaller version of Safeway or other huge supermarkets with lowered prices. Its a shame the quality also goes down with the price. Everything about Walmart can be summed up in one word: convenient.

Well the Pharma y has been great - way more affordable pricing than Walgreens . This Walmart Neighborhood Market has been a great option for the locals to grab food and Staples without clogging up the streets closer to Orenco!

Very clean and lot of selection being a neighborhood store...save me some money from going local pet stores for aquarium stuff... not a whole lot but got the basic stuffs... not a convenient location...

I like the simplicity of this store. Its a big cube with a reasonable layout of groceries and nothing too distracting. Easy to pop in and out for stuff I need, and I like their self-serve checkout.

At 4 in the morning the placed appeared closed, I walked up to the automatic doors and everything is locked. Apparently there is a open side door, by that time I was already back in my car leaving.

Meat department is always full of yellow clearance stickers on the meat. Mediocre produce , and we actually bought a ham from here on new years that was rotten....looked like snot on it....gross

Not a fan. If Im in need of some Walmart in my life, its generally for hard goods at odd hours of the night rather than groceries during normal grocery hours. Selection is just ok, too.

Free grocery pick up on orders over $30. I havent had to go grocery shopping in months. I make my list on the site and then sched pick up. An amazing time saver and life changer.

This location is pretty decent usually nice employees. Always clean good selection. Would be fantastic if it was open 24 hours but right now only till 1am idk Sundays hours tho

One of the better Neighborhood Wal-Marts and it even offers you to recycle you plastic bottles and get paid all in the same trip. Pretty cool, we should all recycle this way
