This is by far the best Sally customer service I have ever had. The manager, Allly, was so helpful and explained everything I needed and also wrote down instructions for mixing ratios, she also circled the stores phone number and told me that I am more than welcome to call her. The store was so clean and orgaized, and everything that I couldnt find, Ally walked right up to it. I also loved the fact that she didnt hover. She helped me find what I wanted, she told me to take my time and read up on a couple suggestions she had made and if I had any questions at all, just let her kmow. This store was so much better than both of the Norman stores that I have been too. They were rude, didnt greet me and I had no help at all. I tried to ask a question about a product and the employer said and I quote "um, im not sure." and she walked away. I enjoy the Purcell store very much and the employees there always have a smile and are always willing to help. I would dedinately recommend Purcell to everybody who is tired of terrible customer service and wants to be treated like family! By the way, this is one of her professional customers, Kim, and I am just using her phone!
