Did you know that the benefits of fresh orange juice decrease after a short time, like minutes, when exposed to light? What I like is that you walk in the door and they have a machine right there to freshly squeeze orange juice. You hold up the size bottle you want and it fills it. I love the kachunk sound it makes as it cuts and squeezes the oranges. No other store does this and its the reason I visit this store. Excellent meats, everyone is friendly, great salad bar, and their sushi is better than Heinens. But the best part, other than the great tasting orange juice, is that they have more organic foods than anywhere else I know. It makes a noticeable difference in my allergies and health. On the negative side, they invite new products in, really great products, and then a year later they drop their contract and come out with their own Whole Foods brand, with lesser quality/taste. They did that with my favorite soap, and my favorite dressing, and my favorite... EVERYTHING. I keep hoping some other grocery store decides to provide organic produce and a quality organic salad bar, but keeps on the really great products that others have created.

The prepared breakfast buffet is awesome and available daily till 11:00 a.m., along with lunch, dinner, soups, sushi, pizza, and a healthy salad bar. My breakfast is usually eggs, bacon, potatoes[w/ onion/peppers], and oatmeal with a sprinkle of almonds and walnuts. The bakery is on point and I enjoy the donuts, pastries, and cookies. Also near the prepared foods are desserts like Tiramisu and Chocolate Parfait. There is a secret cream cheese and butter bin also near prepared foods. A toaster and microwave are available when needed, as is a gratis water jug with plastic cups. Yogurt selection of SIGGIS has more flavors than you may see elsewhere. Fresh brewed coffee is always available. The kombucha selection is on point, but sometimes lacks the super fresh carbonation. The bulk food area has a plethora of options for those on the bulk train. Overall this is a nice store, with the prepared foods area being the bright shining star.

Close this store and fire all management, it is unequivocally the worst whole foods you will ever visit. Produce dept consistently out of staple products and the shelf life of what they do have is 3 days max. Short guy in the meat dept isnt accommodating at all compared to other stores. Checkout lines are always long due to a lack of open lanes and slow employees. Middle aged white brunette lady that runs the customer service desk is a nightmare. Extremely rude and have caught her cheating me twice, each time no apology. Store literally couldnt be run any worse. Prepared food section and bakery although small has the only redeemable employees.

Went here tonight and the staff was extremely rude. The "team leader" was even worse......I would say not much of a team leader. I called earlier in the day and they said they would still honor the promotion from yesterday and when I got there she said they wouldnt do that for me even though I called and they said they would. She kept acting like I lied that I called.. it was really rude. Not shopping here again! Id rather shop at Trader Joes where they are polite and accommodating and stick to their word!

Always disappointed with the service at their deli. Every time I stop at the counter, there are several people doing various jobs and none of them have the courtesy to ask if I need help. Its sad to see a Whole Foods with such contrast to what Im used to at the nearby location in University Heights. On the other hand, the meat and seafood departments have been very consistent with their service. Produce section is in pretty good shape too.

Not only did staff move my bag of purchases from the seating area while I went to the restroom, but and more importantly theyre relocating to a new location Q4 16. Tearing down trees, demolishing houses and eventually abandoning their current building; all because of parking...How do you think it became that way? All of their marketing about and commitments toward environmental stewardship is absolute post consumer garbage.

There are a few items here that I really like and cant find anywhere else, but most of the produce is very pricey as compared to Trader Joes or Miles Market, which are nearby. Also, I was very disappointed one evening when I arrived more than an hour before closing time to find that they had closed early due to poor weather, so I headed over to Trader Joes which was still open.

The experience here is always pleasant. If I ever encounter a problem, the customer service is on point and solves it for me right away. Their produce is always fresh even when your searching for organic items; this is definitely my #1 goto place when I need organic produce. Also, the bakery has delicious everything!!! Try it and see for yourself!

Love going here. Its a bit on the expensive side but its an experience. Lots of organic and fresh foods. Nice cafe to eat and let your kids play. On Fridays, they have a "Sip and Shop"-where you pay , I believe its$10, to sample various wines, breads, and cheese and you can buy what you like. They accept all major credit cards and SNAP benefits.

Wonderful customer service in meat dept. Employees are very accommodating. I have asked the employees to take a package of meat and add some vegetables to make a stir fry for me. The employees offer suggestions as to other products I might like. Mike is especially helpful. Great place to shop. They value their customers.

This store,is racially inclined for,one,or two, whites as employees there are five to ten blacks as employees. As a white single male I felt and was the minority patreion. I did not appreciate the black employee holding up the check out lines with thier poor singing! Completely uncalled for!!

I love Whole Foods and all they represent. One of the managers (Cassandra) helped me with an issue I had with the hot foods. It was resolved quickly. Everyone is friendly and helpful. Its like they like their jobs! Which isnt easy to come by anymore.

Horrible. Poorly stocked, rude and indifferent staff. Too many alternatives nearby (Trader Joes, Heinans) to bother, say nothing of paying a premium to encounter aggressively rude staff and indifferent management.

I dont shop for friendliness, but at least the cashiers should acknowledge you when you check out. If it werent for the fact that whole foods is the only provider of certain brands Id never shop there again.

Fairly good beer selection, as well as a wide variety of organic and fresh foods available. Some items are quite expensive, even compared to Heinens, but I suppose thats the norm for the organic food premium.

Good for organic produce and antibiotic free and hormone free meats. But grocery selection is very limited and prices are high. Hot bar food are hot or miss in terms of quality. Staff is great though.

Good food and wine at Friday night 5 for 5. Prices on just about everything are severely inflated, however. EG: $ 6.99 for med sized bottle of maple syrup. Double the price you would find elsewhere!
