I always shop at this market and everyone is usually pleasant. Today was a different story. I was waiting in the express line with 5 items. Finally it was my turn to use the express register. The cashier Eddie was in charge of the express line. I had decided I didnt want an item so the light was blinking to notify Eddie that I needed assistance. He noticed that I needed help because the register I was using was right in front of his booth. He proceeded to help someone bag while my light was still blinking. I tried asking another employee but he said that Eddie will help me and that is when he decided to come over and help. He asked how I was doing and I told him terrible because I told him that he ignored my blinking light. He said that I see that they are busy. His customer service was very rude. He had a complete attitude. Eddie need lessons on how to treat customers being that he will be making the last impression on customers being a cashier. I would recommend taking the extra mile to whole foods market. They have exceptional customer service.

I have shopped here often for years. I love all of the workers and I usually get great customer service!! I am just frustrated with the quality of the meat. On 5-27-17 I purchased shrimp from the Macedonia location it was not fresh. I had to return it. Today June 1st I purchased thin angus steak with a sell by date of june 4th and it was rotten. Dark spots all over opposite side of meat that could not be seen in the package. Today june 1st I also asked for fresh scallops cooked them as soon as I got home and once again rotten!!! I am pisssed! They smell like ammonia and taste weird. Google says that means they are not fresh. I am very disappointed. I am going to have to start shopping at a different store because this is becoming a major inconvenience for me.

This is the worst grocery store I have ever shopped at. I have been here numerous times over the past two years and its always the same story. Never enough staff on duty and the the ones on duty are rude and slow. They very rarely bag your groceries for you. They will stand there and watch you bag your own groceries without helping. Lines are frequently long with only one or two check out lanes open. I am currently in line while writing this review. Ive been waiting for 10 minutes and I still have 3 people in front of me. Besides the incompentent staff, the store is filthy. Carts are old and falling apart. Produce section is not kept up and I frequently find rotten food mixed in with fresh. Overall, this store is a Giant Disappointment.

Love the store. My only qualm is the fact that they do not carry many African American hair products. The selection is laughable. There is a 3 ft section of products opposite an entire aisle for others. I personally like to "make a one stop shop" trip for groceries and other products. When GE has their great sale on Pantene products , they dont carry the one for black hair ( RELAXED AND NATURAL, DARK BROWN BOTTLES). I asked a Mgr why , and I was told that it was demographic. How is it that a store where most of the employees are black, and the majority of its customers are black, in a mixed neighborhood not carry products for all hair types? I have to price match at Walmart!

GE had everything I was looking for plus a salad bar & hot food ready to eat like hot fried fish, ribs, fried/baked chicken, pot roast with potatoes, corn, mac & cheese and more! Shelves were fully stocked and well save 70¢ on our next fuel purchase at Get Go!

Large store with many choices. I was at a self-checkout and was having trouble with a coupon and an employee came over immediately and resolved it quickly. Not a stellar produce section, but there is a well-stocked liquor agency and abundance of packaged food.

Never any coffee on perk around 8:00 AM when I go in (considering theres just about everyone on the kitchen staff prepping...which is sad). Ive never seen a store run inventory more than this place, leaving a decent portion of the shelves empty.

3 cashiers during busy times. Never any help on the floor and if people rang this slow anywhere else theyd be fired. And I think the cashier on register 5 at 1:50 today was either extremely sleep deprived or drunk the she kept saying and spoke.

The store is kinda messy and on the smaller side. Some isles are way too narrow. The bathroom smelled like raw sewage and was dirty. (Not messy) just dirty. The staff I encountered were friendly and helpful.

Selection for the fresh produce is mediocre at best. I was looking for tomatoes and every tomato that was medium sized or bigger was completely bruised or moldy. Very disappointing.
