I come here a lot never had a complaint always got good service till today. Shop got some good things on sale today. Before I left I ask the cashier did I only have one bag and she saids yes. I got all the way home to realize that I didnt have the first four items that I purchase. I call the store and the manager was very rude about my situation and the cashier has no idea where my things are. Its not like I wanted my money back I just want my things that I did pay for. I know for now to watch the cashier like a hawk when bagging my things. $14 couldve went into my gas tank instead of this place. After all I didnt even get my things. Terrible customer service you need a new manager!

This used to be the best thrift store in N.E. Ohio until the owners changed everything including higher prices on just about everything. Why are they placing prices on used stuff that is just about or or more than what the same item would cost new? About the only way to get a deal is on Monday half price while they have that and the item at half price will be the normal or regular price for a used item. No more fun here just a greedy owner trying to sell old stuff at considerable profit. Once the garage and yard sales this place should be empty because people are not going to fall for the new higher prices much longer.

So sad the one on 33rd& lorain in cleveland closed...ive shopped there for over 20 yrs...best place to go for everything I ever needed..or.on days to just poke around cause I had a few extra bucks in my pocket..i have memories of so many yrs ago..shopping with my mom..there @5 am to get a good deal.....ive dressed my kids there and have had happy holidays because of tht place..now tht its gone I just wanna cry..I could alwys afford half price monday..thxx unique thrift on lorain ave..u made my life possible for many years I will miss you always!

When the store was Unique Thrift (it just changed the name) and about 3 years ago the prices were fair and quality was great. Now over the past year and a half I look forward to 50% off days because prices are unreasonable for a Thrift store. By adding a dollar or two you could purchase a new pair of pants and shirt. Maybe not the brand name if ot so happens to be one, but definitely new. Maybe Im being unreasonable but I felt I got a steal years ago. Now they feel commercialized like all other stores.

Great Deals, Great Bargains, Great place!! However some staff members and general customers get on my nerve. Something you have to be prepared for when going in their.Youll have a pleasurable experience with the inanimate but not the animate if you know what I mean!! :) Other than that their is a treasure trove of name brand and generic stuff that youll love!! You wont want to shop anywhere else!!! It cant get any better than this.

Outstanding! The people that gave a low review are ridicoulos. Complaining about high prices? Seriously!!!! I put together a very stylish black suit complete with shoes, pants, belt, black shirt, and blue tie for $42. They have name brand items for shirts Van Heusen etc. My dad picked up a couple of polo and three dress shirts for $32. People if you think those prices are high go to Goodwill for "dated" clothes.

80% of the cloths I have are from here every time I go in I could spend 30 to 50 dollars and fill almost two shopinf carts. Great store, and everything is really well organized not only by size but by color as well. Also Monday is the best day to shop there as everything in the entire store is 50% off

Not at all what it used to be. High prices, crowded, nasty staff, poor location, and poor quality items! Used to be a great place to get deals. Now its simply a giant headache and a waste of time. Unorganized overpriced used junk, with a bunch of crabby underpaid workers. Very unwelcoming place!

They recently changed management and drove up the prices of everything. Whats the point of a thrift store if everything is pre-owned and priced as if it were brand new? They also flipped out the old staff and the newer employees arent nearly as pleasant. Sadly I will not shop here anymore.

This is my favorite second hand store. Good deals can be found here. Huge selection of clothing. Lots of board games here. Checkout is pretty quick. Can be busy here depending on the season.
