I was looking for buying a bottle of vodka and found the mail-in rebate offer for Finlandia on its shelf. Purchased the vodka and took the rebate card. Next day started filling in the form and found out that offer had expired. I called the store to notify them. The owner told me he could not check all the cards on the shelves (actually there were not many). Then he said he doesn’t make much money on liquor but does on wine – how it’s related to the issue I can only guess. I actually called to tell they mislead their customers and thought he’d just apologize and tell me they’d remove the expired cards, but instead he gave me too much unnecessary information and finished offering me a choice… to come or not to come to his store anymore. Unbelievable !!! Be aware: the owner doesn’t care about the customers.
