Already not a big fan because of location, but it is on the way to work so I deal with it. But they seriously need to have corporate in there to re teach them customer service or at least how to be nice. Ordered photos the night before to pick up on my way to work. Said 8:55am, I showed up a lil after 9am and they hadnt even started my order yet. The manager, at least I assume with different uniform (tallish blonde lady) didnt even seem to care. Just shrugged her shoulders and said, oh are photo guy just walked in. Acted like it wasnt her problem. Never seem to get a hello or acknowledgement when walking inside. For all I care they can close this branch. Think will take my business elsewhere if it means being treated decently.

This is a great store. Im in there every few days. The only disappointment is they cut back on their extended hours. Not good news for us night owls. However, I would have cut them back only half a star for that if I could. Staff is very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable about their stock. Try this store before all others.
