Ok, after waiting 2 years for the dream sectional we wanted, we finally saved enough to purchase this piece. We waited 6 weeks for the couch to come in. FINALLY after what seemed to be eternity, the couch arrived and we were so excited. We threw out our previous furniture and didnt have anything to sit on for some time. (Our mistake). So the couch shows up at our home. The guys were very nice. They couldnt get the last piece in the house and said we needed to pick new furniture out. I told him, Im calling the manager. Its not your guys fault it doesnt fit, it is theirs. He apologized and I proceeded to go call the store. After calling to get through (very frustrated at this point) the lady that answered the phone asked what was wrong, and I told her I need a manager. She started laughing at me, like it was funny. I was livid by the time the manager got on the phone who didnt help our situation. He told us that if it doesnt fit then its not their fault and we would have to pick a new piece. I told him, it is a huge sectional and we love in a 2900 Sq ft house. If u thought there might be an issue you should have had someone come measure. He was so rude on the phone and after spending 3000 dollars on this couch, youd think hed show a little more concern..but he didnt. The lack of care this place showed me made the worst experience and I wont be doing business with morgan ever again. The movers were very nice and got the couch in of course having to end up breaking a frame off the wall to push it through a doorway. Small and easy fix which Im not worried about. However morgan manager and lady answering the phone, your lucky I didnt come up there and handle it because it would have been alot worse. End rant. Measure your fukinnnn walls and doorways before hand to avoid this issue people. Because they sure as f dont.

Furniture quality isnt bad if you know what your looking for prices are ok. Personal is decent. But if you need a refund can be a pain in the ass. They are quick to accept money but for whatever reason you need a refund (a piece of furniture didnt come and wasnt coming because of failed communication I waited 2 months to find this out. Not blaming morgan furniture unless they knew sooner and didnt tell me, but the manufacturer apparently failed to catch the problem. Anyway talked to Dan on a Thursday he said I could come in Saturday for a refund he would write the check. I showed up Saturday he didnt come in by the agreed time (or apparently after since I didnt get a call back) 4 days later they called me telling me about the furniture I was inquiring about while waiting for Dan. Told them I couldnt pay the extra $ right now so it will have to wait. Whats the status on the refund, "we were holding off until we knew what you were doing about the table" ok so now I have to wait longer for the refund. They call me today to tell me they cant write a check it has to go back the way I paid for it. I paid on a credit card, 2 months after the transaction that card is paid off... now they are going to add a credit to my credit card and then the credit card is going to write a check and send it to me. So I get to wait even LONGER for my money. Only took 3 mins to swipe and sign is taking over 2 weeks to get the money back when it should only take them 3 minutes to fill out the check and hand it to me. Will never do business with this place again. I dont appreciate the run around.

I will never buy another thing there. We purchased a sectional and we were assured that we would not get a floor model. The floor model was what they delivered. when we confronted them they denied it at first, but when we showed them the evidence they said they could send a tech to repair it. When we insisted they get us a new one they said they had to take the other one back before the new one came. We were without furniture in our living room for a month. We had to file with BBB in order to get them to do what they should have done to begin with. Then they send us a $100 gift card with an expiration date of 9 months. I cant buy anything there for $1`00 and they arent getting another penny off of me. Do not shop there.

I ordered a very nice, solid wood TV stand. They said it would need to be special ordered and the ETA would be about three weeks. Eight weeks later and still no TV stand and no real explanation as to why. After several phone calls back and forth, I decided to just cancel the order. To my surprise and delight, they gave me a much nicer and about 300.00 more stand at no extra cost and delivered it the next day. Way over above and beyond what I expected! I surely will continue to shop with them. Customer service doesnt get much better than this.

Absolutely the worst possible shopping experience of my life ! We purchased a bed for $5000 in dec of 2016 and we need a part to keep the mattress from sliding off the bed. Ive been in the store a total of four times since trying to resolve the issue . The last time they gave me wrong part returned it and was promised they would call me the next day with answers . NO CALL. Called the store and no one there to help AGAIN. Very very very frustrated customer ! Avoid at all cost!

Morgan Furniture has terrible customer service. They sent us broken furniture two times, scratched furniture one time and the total wrong product one time. To add to this they charged us $450, 7 months after the original purchase day. Morgan Furniture offered absolutely nothing to us to resolve this issue. I would never recommend buying anything from this business.

Worst furniture quality Ive ever bought. I wish I could post pics of the fake leather love seat recliners, 2 years old and leather is coming off all over. Its just my husband and I and we are hardly ever home. Bought the insurance, salesman said it was replacement for life. Ha! One time deal. Dont ever buy the insurance either.

Beware!!!!! If you have a warranty issue they do not stand behind their products. After spending over $6500.00 they want to change us over $50.00 to replace a broken recliner swivel. We have several more pieces of furniture to buy but we will take our business elsewhere.
