I spent about an hour calling various auto parts stores in the area looking for a specific kind of car battery for my VW. I even called other Advance stores looking for the battery, only to be told they didnt have it. The man who answered the phone told me they didnt have it in stock, but without me even having to ask, he checked other stores AND the warehouse and told me I could get it as soon as the next day. Very good customer service and will be in contact again with other parts needs!

Wonderful experience today at this location. Customer service was not only on point, but exceeded all expectations.
