I had talked with the head cashier a few weeks ago about holding some magazines from the U.K. for me and she told me it wouldnt be a problem since I live 60 miles away. I would go up every month to get them. Today I called to see if they had a Christmas issue yet and was treated rudely by a young lady who seemed to enjoy being self-righteous. I was told they they could only hold them for a day. I explained I lived far away and had already talked to the head cashier. After bickering with her I guess Ill take my business elsewhere.

This location has an awesome starbucks (I did find out that they do NOT take starbucks gift cards here), they even sell cheesecake factory options, even pizza! It is a bit pricey but the ladies here make sure you love your food and/or drinks!! The staff are super knowledgable and will even find a specific book via the phone if youre ever in a hurry.

I have been taking my son here for years, and he really enjoys the trains and reading area/stage. The holiday special events are especially nice, with puppetry, costumes, and book readings. The childrens area is always clean and well organized, with a huge selection of books and toys. The staff is really helpful.

Barnes and Noble their computer system was not working correctly. The cashier charged me for my renewal of my membership and then after shopping the computer did not allow me to use it. It said it was expired. Very frustrating trip.

I like this one a little more than most. It does not seem quite as large as others, which makes me like it. Has the same good selection and help hen you need it.

Every time I order 2 quiche from the Starbucks in B&N (fallen Timbers mall) they cook them together and I end up with an egg soup type food! No good!
