I shop here almost everyday cat food snacks its easy the manager she is a blonde lady very rude I said something to her about not being professional well she proceeded to name calling saying she can do what she wants trying to fight me hahahaha OK well now I want to know who is above her these people have issues letting the employees play on there phones and treat people like crap I will not deal with that she was yelling across the store in front of kids wow seriously thats what you want a store manager to act like?? I will be filing charges on her and she smelled like weed good job at the hiring there I will not shop here again niether will my friends and family we gave a lot of business she attacked my wife very crazy lady drugged out very sad you allow her to run a business like this the police will be involved

Very bare! First thing you notice when you walk in the door. It looks as though they are packing to move our close. If I were the owner I would consider those options. The floors were dirty, shelves were empty and boxes on the floorthat you had to lift the cart over to go through the isle. Best bur worst part was the cold staff. The woman who cashed me out didnt smile, just yawned. She was not happy i put an item back so that i didnt havent to use my credit card. She put my receipt on the counter and went to the next person. I saidHave a nice day she saidyeah, you too under her breath without turning her head. I wont be going back there again ever! :-)

This store should not even be called a Dollar Tree. I thought when they made the name change things would improve, but this location has continued to be dirty and gross, and poorly run. My kids dont even like to shop here. If you want a good dollar tree, drive a few miles and go to the one in South Lebanon. The one on 42 in Lebanaon is decent too. I dont waste my time or money at this location anymore. It should close.

Ratchet customer service. Will never go to this location again. Cashiers response to my coupon was Psssss I dont think so! Its got so many codes. The Dollar Tree GAVE me the coupon and she acted like it was counterfeit. Even the MANAGERS mind was blown by a coupon. When I was a cashier I was expected to calculate the discount IN MY HEAD. I was absolutely appalled by how I was treated!

If I could give this store 0 stars. Horrible experience. Bleach blonde manager was a NIGHTMARE. Very rude, crusing and screaming at paying customers. I strongly recommend re-evaluate of her position and employeement. Other staff was plesant, but the manager completely ruined it. I will never return to this location and I am apalled at the treatment I endured today.
