Since I only live 1 mile away, Im there at least once a day. Ever since the store has had Peter there, it seems like it runs like a Timex. Lisa and Tom do a great job. Im at the video department every day or so and the girls, Becky, Julie and Sally not only handle the frequent customers, but keep the movies that are returned re-shelved so they have a better turnaround, but do triple duty keeping the area clean and well stocked and still sell special event tickets. The only thing I have to say about their jobs is "Great". My only wish is that the gentleman who handles the video department at corporate would change the way it is set up, back to the old way. As it is, you must walk from letter title "A" all the way around to your right, then back again to start over for maybe "Cs" by then, then all the way to your right again............well, for myself and several other customers, you keep bumping into each other doing this. It used to be set up where the first rack started with "A", at the end of the first rack row, you looked down, then there was "B", then "C", etc. then the next rack you went back up to whatever letter was next. Really, it makes more sense, is easier for the customers and easier for re-stocking for the girls. Seems that although Ive heard, overheard others who feel the same way......no one wants to address it, so I am. The Courtesy Center does a great job also, and it sure helps now that they have set up the new row with markers (like the theatre) to line up. And, to everyones great pleasure, when the line gets long/longer, they have two girls with drawers open, so the wait isnt as long. The only thing I would improve based on my own experience and others who have commented, is to add a notice on the floor such as the one at the prescription counter that says something like "Please stay behind this line until your turn". I cant tell you how when Im conducting private transactions, someone will be breathing over my shoulder, waiting right behind me. The new drug drop off and pick up works much better, since this is such a high volume store, being the only pharmacy in the area for the east side. Whenever I go there with a new prescription, Ive filled out my address, phone number, drugs Im allergic too and name of my insurance. The people at the pharmacy seem to really appreciate this, as it saves their time, especially when it is busy, which seems like always. Since you provide signs for everything else, why not another little shelf with tacked down pens and a sign over it asking other customers to do the same. Well, I think Ive addressed all for now, but in closing, I again would like to compliment Peter and his entire staff on "A GREAT JOB, WELL DONE, KUDOS".

Every time you go through the drive thru you have to wait forever to even get to the window. Then once you get to the window after sitting prob over a good 20 mins they dont even acknowledge you so you sit 10 more mins. Before they ask you 3 or more times for your info. Very poor customer serv & no matter how many times we have given insurance info they get that WRONG too..Not a place that i would ever recommend to anyone else..I actually go the extra few miles to Rite Aid now where i can walk in & get my meds in 15 mins or less with no issue..
