Just had probably the worst experience in any public restroom ever. Looks like they never clean the restrooms. And the store is way over due for a remodel is besides the point. According to my g/f threw restroom had no toilet paper in any of the stalls; the floor was littered with toilet paper and paper towels and she even found a bloody pair of panties on the floor... How do you miss that???? The manager apologized however he couldnt of been over 24 and yet the Sears KMart corporation entrust him to run a store for them... Plus he didnt seem surprised.... If there was a way to give them less stars or negative star rating I would definitely...

I arrived at Kmart ten minutes before they opened and waited along with 4 other customers. The manager opened the door and let only one customer in 5 mins before the store opened and hurried and closed the door. When she let the customer in she stated to the customer that they didnt open till 8. She left the other customers and myself outside and didnt even acknowledge us. This is the worse experience I have ever had. I am new Florida and have never had this experience at a Kmart before. I will never shop at Kmart again.

This place is in run down condition, there is no effort in store maintenance and the staff is completely rude an employee always has a problem with a customer and instead of the store taking responsibility for their actions they try to blame the shopper, its amazing you can even find anything in this disorganized mess they call a store, empty shelfs and extremely cluttered floors Im surprised that handicapped people can even roll their wheel chairs thru this store.

I ran in to get item and sat in a line of 2 people for almost 20 minutes while the bungling cashier tried to gather a ton of personal information from both customers in front of me, under the guise of getting them into a reward card program. Even if they dont spam you or sell your infomation, the most secure banks are regularly hacked these days and clients info is stolen. I was a good customer but I will aviod that place like the plague.

Horrible liars! They cheat you with the "free" points you earn and conveniently manipulate the way you can use them to their own convenience! Worst customer service ever! Rude people at the customer service desk. Super expensive store. Definitely not worth it!! I had to visit a therapist after that! Walt-Mart is a 1000 times better. PS The one star is necessary in order to publish the review LOL

The Manager Shane Y. has the worst customer service on earth. We do not shop there that often. We had a question about an add price, he was so rude. I get better customer service and feel apprecated for shopping at the local scrach and dent store. Too many good people need jobs why in the world would any company let him manage their store???? Needless to say he did not get my $400.00 purchace.

This evening close to closing my mother almost got robbed there. 2 men both African American , 1 tall , 1 short .. Please be careful. 1 asked for money and the other one was not visible until she went closer to her car and he came out asking her for .80 cents Luckily a truck passed by and my mother was able to stop the car and had them stay with her. The 2 individuals left quickly .

The Kmart pharmacy employees are amazing. Another pharmacy was charging $220 for a one month suppy something told me to try Kmart and the pharmacist went above and beyond $12 and no insurance. I checked out the store and they have everything including name brand tool like craftsman and prices cheaper than Walmarts off brand tools. Plus the store wasnt cluttered like Walmart.

Absolutely a hot mess. Nobody knows what they are doing. Customer service is a big fat 0. Went into pick up an item that they said they had and spent 45mins at cs all they did was stand there. Got fed up and left and got my item at bed bath and beyond in 5 mins. Will not go back. This store needs to be shut down like most of the other kmarts.

Little Ceasers here sucks tbh because I caught a stomach bug from their undercooked food twice I gave them 2 ⭐ because people should see what I mean and they have a few good things in the store...and Kmarts items are overly priced for no reason as well things here are just switched around and in the wrong place but the staff is okay

Bad staff looks like its going out of business,Ive cought many times it doesnt have the basics on hand shelves are bare all the time. Stuff on shelves are old as in years,When clear plastic packing is turning yellow thats a problem Cashier are non existent, pricing on merchandise in all departments barely marked. Sad.

I hate shopping here. Its dirty and hard to find employees if you actually need assistance. I was trying to find a toy for my daughter and decided to come to this location as it was the one place with it in stock. I ask the customer service rep and she said that they might have it but the website isnt always updated..

Kind of like a better Walmart without that dirty feeling. Pharmacy staff is great and is the best place to get an RX filled (subjective opinion based on experiences with Walgreens, CVS, and other smaller chains and private pharmacies), and the store is huge with much better pricing than I find at other chains.

Complete all your shopping and come to billing counter to find out that customer rep are super rude and says that card swiping service is down and they could take only cash. If thats the case, why dont you put a board at entrance saying card not accepted, I would have saved some time. Dont go here....

The manager decided to argue with us because the website said one price and the store a different one... after 45 minutes of her arguing and treating us poorly, checking the website in 3 different devices she finally understood that we were right and gave us the right price.

Nasty. Over run by rude people. High priced for less quality and horrible clothes... Im pretty sure the designers dont and wouldnt even wear their own brands. The bathroom is literally as bad as the landfill. I would pee my pants before I step foot in there.

Kind of a dumpy store and the 2 people who were supposed to be helping me out did not seem to know what they were doing. Bought a tv and they could not remove the security tag. Had to wait at customer service to have it removed.

They are expensive. Often the items are out of stock and the products are priced incorrectly. If you do find an item and want to purchase it be prepared to wait in line forever. They have the slowest cashiers/computers.

HORRIBLE place. Dirty....rude employees. I cut my arm on a scanner hanging on a pole in the aisle and the 3 employees leaning on the counter at customer service didnt care I was bleeding. It was just so bad.
