I shop online a lot already, but I like to get my hands on the gear. And I buy locally, as long as the price is close. I have been to this shop many times, and have had good experiences most times. But my last visit caused me to look for a new surplus source. BUT if you head this warning, you may do OK there. THEY DO NOT TAKE RETURNS FOR REFUND, EVEN IF YOU REALIZE YOU DIDNT NEED THE ITEM, BEFORE LEAVING THE STORE!!! But they WILL give store credit on returns. My issue was, I put some gear on the counter, and went off to look for more. When I returned, it had been bagged & tallied (so I missed the prices). Two items I had were nearly identical canteens, from the same bin (though one was obviously a bit newer). The older one was marked $2, the newer one turned out to be $12... Since I didnt see it rung up, I assumed they were the same price (or close). When I saw the bill, I asked to return the $12 one, (having not left yet). And was told nope, only store credit & that they were "not equiped to do refunds" even though I paid cash, and my money was still right there, in the register. I reminded the man that the item was not marked & the other similar one was... but no give. When I left I took my $12 plastic canteen with me & let him know I would not be coming back. But overall, the prices are not bad & the gear is decent. The paintball area is well stocked for a small section. Just remember to ONLY buy what you are sure you need... READ TO KNOW THE TRUTH i went in to spend over 300 dollars worth of gear inside and the young guy around mid 30s to mid 40s was the rudest person i have ever met he made fun of me because i called a box by the wrong color and then he embarrassed me and refused to help me when i called him out on it. the older gentleman that worked there was one of the most helpful gentleman i have ever met but considering the fact that the young guy that was the store owner or manager was beyond rude and made fun of me because i said the wrong color and then he is going to tell me i cant even do a little price checking and refused me service i talked to some of my friends and they have the same problem i will never be back and i will make sure i tell everyone of my coworkers and family. and i hope you see this sir who do you think you are talking to a customer this way your store has a great selection and and slightly overpriced but your attitude and your comments will lost you untold thousands and will end up putting you out of bussiness and i truly hope it does. your the kind of person that will make fun of someone for a simple mistake. i told you what i thought and i told your coworker and i told you i would make sure i let people know

I was appalled when I recently went to visit the army navy surplus store. I walked in and was greeted by two older white men starring at me like I was an insurgeant. I was told to "Hurry up and shop, or leave immediately if I was not spending any money." The sad harsh reality of this all is the simple truth that these two older men are still living in PREJUDICIAL days!! The store is medium sized and filled with a whole bunch of worthless junk. Many items are "Made in China" and are nothing more than cheap chinese replicas. Anytime I have walked past the store it has been empty with very little business or none at all. I wouldnt be surprised if the business is secretly involved in some type of HATE GROUP! PRICES ARE WAY TOO HIGH WITH A HORRIBLE SELECTION , THEY HAVE THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE, AND THE RETURN POLICY IS SOME SORT OF SICK JOKE TO KEEP YOUR MONEY IN THEIR STORE.... BUYERS BEWARE!!!!!

I drive trucks OTR and needed a few things for my next outing and my experience was very pleasant during my visit here today. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. They had plenty of Tru-Spec and Proper BDUs. They even stocked the odd sizes nobody else ever seems to carry. There was even fitting room! Also, they had a very large kids clothing section. Prices were a little higher than Im used to paying but overall I had ZERO issues there except for the woman who thought it was ok to let her toddler run free in the store as if they were home. That irked me and had an impact on my visit BUT the store, the stock and the employees were on point as it should be. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone.

I first went there a few years ago and everything was nothing good and overpriced and then I decided to go today and see if they have anything new and there is so much cool new stuff at a awesome price the people are nicer and Im going to go back in a couple of days to see what I miss. I highly recommend you going there and I little buying a thing or two from there because I like to support stores like that

Good prices, Large selection and variety, also friendly and helpful staff too, *Story alert*So I purchased a airsoft gun smart charger and scarf which had rung up as 33.15 but I only had 33 so I was given a discount and was given the dollar in change back which was very nice, so I put that change into their donation box, again very good store and great staff, will be coming back.

Very nice service and employees but I couldnt seem to find any helmets, I am mostly looking for steel and kevlar helmets but Im not sure if you have any, but anyway probably one of the best surplus stores out there because you have tonnes of uniforms to choose from as well as vests and other things.

From military gear, to camping everything. They got it. Quality paintball & airsoft gear too. Ive been getting all my stuff there for over 20 years. Competent x - military staff owns the store and works there. That hard to find gear ? They had it. Should have gone there first. Thanks fellows .

This is the best Army Navy store Ive ever been to. Great selection of modern and vintage military gear. Everyone there is very friendly and helpful when Im looking for something in particular. Good selection of paintball/airsoft equipment as well.

Army/Navy store, have lots of use military clothing in very good condition, lots of military surplus, prices are average, but have sales on certain military clothing which are at great prices of youre in to that.

i have been to dozen of army Surplus stores across this Country, this one is a gem. i bought some car decals and patches here (huge variaty of decals) awesome store run by a one of a kind owner. 5 Stars !
