These guys know service. I was in a jam from out of town, needing to get back home ASAP. They drove down to Cincinnati and back immediately to get my specific tire. I was back on the road as fast as was humanly possible thanks to these guys! Thanks a million Joel!!!! Also, the place is immaculate. The people that work here take a lot of pride in their business.

As with every discount tire Ive been to (3 stores now) this store is absolutely top notch. Service is great and honest. Work is always done with care and accuracy. Had 4 tires mounted that I bought from their website and it was super easy and looks great. They even patched one that was taken off for free. Thanks!

Quickly and expertly repaired my tire for free when it leaked. They even tucked my spare back into its hole and topped off the air in all 4 tires. *Tires were purchased a couple years ago at a Discount Tire location in NE Indiana. This may have been why the repair was free. I didnt ask.

Great customer service, very good prices. Purchased new tires at a good price, no wait time, and was done in less than 30 minutes. Had to return next day because tires werent balanced, but they were apologetic, fixed the issue, and made it right. The good service was much appreciated.
