Rude employee behind counter. While waiting in line with my 2 1/2 year-old, employee told the person he was talking to that "she needed to be louder because she was way too quiet and theyre making too much noise", while pointing at my son and I. We were barely carrying on a conversation with a sweet lady who was next to us talking with the boy. Returned my item to the shelf and took my business elsewhere. Good news is, theres an OReilly Auto Parts next door where apparently, they do teach their employees manners and good customer service :)

Nice customer service, I bought rotors and breaks for my car, and couple of months later, the front brakes started making squeaking noise, I bought new ones from Advance Auto Parts which are of a better quality and they returned the old ones and refunded my money back. Later on I bought wipers and air filter and the gentleman working there helped me install them.

be careful of the huge pot holes in the rear, or you will need more than the part you went to get! I thought for sure i was going to need a tire and rim instead of just some bolt. good price on bolts though! lol
