Okay let me start by saying there is good news and bad news. The good news is that this Autozone is very well organized and has a huge awesome inventory. Also there were two employees, one a nice gentleman who was very helpful and courteous. The other employee a lady who wasnt nice at all. This is the reason for the low rating. So I walk into the store and right away they have some really cool things at the front of the store so I stop immediately to look at them. This lady employee does not say hello or greet me. Instead in a loud voice, she commands me to stand over near the security camera! "Stand over to the side she says" in a gruff tone. Deliberately talking down to me and making me feel extremely uncomfortable. I wanted to buy a bucket which only cost 4.99$ nice sturdy high quality bucket with their logo on it. Well the bucket sells for 20.00$ because its filled with quality cleaning products. I admit its a good deal but I already own a plethora of those same products at home so all I needed was the bucket not all that other stuff. Basically I would have been buying a 20.00$ dollar bucket. She insisted I buy the whole package insulting my intelligence saying why wouldnt you take the bargain. After I told her I already own those same added items. Not allowing or telling me I can just purchase it alone for 4.99$. She says again "Just spend the twenty and buy the deal". Just then my savior arrived. The other nice gentlemen employee who tells me I can buy just the bucket and he removed all the stuff from it and I was on my way and left the store. Here is the lesson. A good analogy to explain my situation. If you had 100 plastic spoons and you wanted to buy a cup. But the cup had a deal where you could buy the cup and it would come with 20 spoons for say 10.00$ would you spend the 10.00$ for the cup with the "bonus" spoons or buy the cup only for the retail price of 2.50$?? See my point! She treated me like a dummy, and a criminal. I wont ever be going back there. Way to try and ruin my afternoon.

Extremely unhelpful. We just came in to fix our license plates bolts and we wanted someone to look and see what bolts were needed. We were met with callace like behavior and were blatantly dismissed. I would not recommend this AutoZone at all.

Fine your part for your vehicle and 90% of the stuff is lifetime warranty so thats the best thing about it Ill have to drive all over the place plus theres another auto parts store right next door to it

Maachines were down and took 20 mins to pay for a bulb ..i had to wait on customers having car parts looked up when they sent me from the register to that line
