Terrible, terrible, terrible customer service!!! Was told that the part I wanted to order was in stock. A week later, I still hadnt received the parts so I called to check on status. I was told that they ended up not having the item in stock, but that they would be available and ship in 2 days...I asked for an email with a tracking # when they shipped. A week later without any correspondence and I called again...still not available. Said it would be 3-4 days before they would ship. I decided to go elsewhere, but when I asked for a refund, I was told it would take a week to process!?!? The original sales charge went through within 5 minutes of me making the order. Thieves & liers! Look elsewhere!!!
