I have been to the store numerous times and the girls that are normally there after 6 a.m. are awesome as a black chick with braids and black frame glasses love her. I left one star rating because I go tonight was going to buy like $45 worth of stuff and they refuse to let me use my fiance / boyfriend baby daddies credit card which I am an authorized user of the card for the Last 5 Years. I have never had a problem with using it before but tonight they refused to sell me the products and then when I kind of got an attitude with them like you realize you just lost a lot of money in business one was an ugly fat chick who had her hair dyed red which was the cashier and the manager wasnt even fatter lady and even uglier attitude and looks. I will be coming in early in the morning and filing a formal complaint because I had every right to get an attitude with them for refusing to let me use the credit card that I am authorized to use and then try to have a so-called Deer Park wannabe officer that thinks hes all that threatened to call the police on me because I told him that they lost hundreds of dollars in business. You cant arrest somebody for saying words if they are not threatening anyone. On top of that its called public property, not positive but Im pretty sure the managers name was Julie or something like that and trust me because of the fact Ive been going to this store for the last 2 years and Ive used the same card and never had any issue until tonight with some fat chicks that were some skinny Bashers that was just jealous that I could afford to spend more than 20 bucks there. If you are going during third shift dont even bother wait until the next day if you even decide to go at all. Extremely unhappy customer, and I want to file a formal complaint against the skinny bash are fat ugly attitude manager. Although I do have to say the young man in the pharmacy was extremely polite and nice, which I was also extremely polite up until the point that they refuse to let me use a card that I am authorized to use just because I have a different last name than my fiance. Thats why I just went and spent 80 bucks somewhere else so whoever goes over these reviews I hope you realize that they just cost you a major customer who has spent and what have spent a whole heck of a lot more money there who probably wont be going back after tonight. Happy effing Independence Day thank you for terrible service.

Ordered a poster print from here and received my email stating my order was ready for pick up I show up 20 minutes after that and the lady said she hasnt cropped it yet that Id have to wait so I asked why they would send me an email saying it was ready when clearly it wasnt she told me that the email is wrong and that as soon as it prints it automatically sends an email. Im sorry but it took one minute to cut the photo to size what was she doing between the time my photo was printed till the time I got there. Ive notice more often then not the employees are very unprofessional and dont seem happy to be there. Very disappointed with the photo department. Now cosmetics counter those ladies are always super nice.

Expensive. Pharmacy messes something up about 40% of the time. The rewards points are way difficult to benefit from. The older man who is a manager of some sort is an absolute moron. Otherwise, staff is always friendly. The store is clean. The do not randomly rearrange the isles every month so finding items is easy. Basic essentials are very expensive. Any well known makeup companys are overpriced but the no name products work better and are cheaper. Their haircare selection is misleading and lacks anything for people with "natural" hair. Simply put, they cater to white people as far as their hair and cosmetic selection. Disappointing. Misleading with the organic items also...

The pharmacy department makes more mistakes than any acceptable business would allow. There have been at least three occasions this year alone where the medication was not in stock, and I was not notified until driving back to pick it up. How about checking to make sure the medication is in stock while the patron is there in the first place? If time is valuable to you, go elsewhere.

Bought some patches to cover a wound and paid cash. Cashier did not give me a receipt. Went back an hour later to return item, saw the same cashier and she got the manager. The manager said I had to get a gift card for the return and said the item is now on sale. How could it have a price change in an hour. Very unhappy customer.

The worst pharmacy experiences ever. Lack of communication and judgment. Techs and assistants appear to lack the proper knowledge and are not the most attentive, especially in the drive up window.
