15 minutes I was here, before an employee acknowledged me. There were 3 of them, one who was working with a customer, and one who saw me, walked around me to show a customer something, then walked past me again. All without acknowledging my presence. The third employee walked inside to start her shift and I looked her right in the eye as she walked toward me, clearly happy that someone was acknowledging my presence, before she turned and stood behind a computer. I looked at her again, she looked up and slowly scooted to the side, out of my eyeline and toward the 2nd employee who was again doing nothing. Finally the only other customer there says, "since you cant get mine done you can help this guy." And suddenly everyone is like, oh have you been helped? Yes, the invisible gentleman standing in the 3 feet of space between us all has been helping me in silence. Terrible service.

Good and patient service. Sometimes they seem understaffed, but still provide individual attention. Only reason for -1 star is because I shipped some gifts (mostly clothes) to China. And it was held up for a month. When I paid for 4-5 day delivery. Wish the employee here would have ensured I had the proper paperwork and documents in place before shipping. Could have saved a lot of headache and hassle.
