Terrible customer service. I came one day to have my bosss childhood photo copied. I was leaving for Columbus in a few minutes so I told the man that copied the photos if he could hold them until my boss could pick them up later that day after I pay for them now. He rudely announced that hes not required to hold them after I pay and he wouldnt do it. So I didnt pay for them and I left both the original photos as well as the copies there for my boss to pick up later. About two-three weeks after I came back from my trip in Columbus I found out some family matters has occured with my boss and she wasnt able to pick up the photos. So I went back to pick them up for her. The first time I went back the lady at the desk refused to even look for them. She kept saying my name wasnt in the system and brushed me off saying that after a week or so they throw away or recycle things that havent been picked up. The second time I tried going back again and the manager lady looked a little but she seemed rather disinterested. She did say that they would NEVER throw away original photos. So I knew they had to be there ! The guy who copied the photos for me DENIED he even copied them for me. He just kept saying for me to talk to the manager and he didnt know anything about it. Needless to say these were priceless photos , the only photos my boss had of her childhood. So Im going back a third time and Im not leaving until I find out what happened to the photos. Im completely shocked at the unconcerned staff. One staff member says they threw stuff away, while the manager says they never do. So somebody is lying. I highly recommend anyone to go somewhere else for their business unless they want their things to go missing. I was assured they would be kept safe until someone came to pick them up. The mans name is Mike, If you get Mike to help you, ask for someone else. I am sure he lost or threw the photos away and is trying to save his ass by pretending not to know me and feigning any knowledge about the photos.

Horrible customer service by Jill! Brought in a package to be shipped yesterday and was told that they wouldnt take it because there was a small hole that had been covered with tape. She said they were having complaints of damaged items. Took the package home, reboxed the package and brought it back in today. Once again Jill declines to ship the package. The label was already paid for! The package was then taken to the FedEx store off of Miller Lane and guess what? They shipped the package. Over the last three transactions that was done at this location there was never a problem. Sent the same size package each time. This was the 4th trip there and the last. Gas was wasted. Money was wasted. Never again will a foot be set forth in this place! Horrible customer service! Even the employees behind her was shaking their heads disbelief. I think the store needs to spend more time in leading their employees with customer service training! We are taking our small business needs else where now.

I have submitted three jobs to this FedEx Kinkos in the last few months and every time they have been late and made mistakes that have to be redone. Each time it took longer to get a quote on lamination, which they had to send out to another vendor. I am now waiting on a quote for a job I submitted a week ago. The first time I requested service, they printed the materials on the wrong color paper and had to reprint and relaminate the materials. The final results were great and they did resolve the problem, so I requested a second job for some training materials. This time they were late and shorted me 2 copies of one file. I had additional files to be printed related to this job, so I asked them to do those so that the laminations would be done the same way. I needed the materials in about 5 days, but they said they could deliver in 2-3 days. They took five days and messed up on the copies again. They are unreliable, dont double-check the job, and are always late.

RUDE... The workers here are so rude. One tall older guy that in particular. He acted like it was such a hassle the moment we got in line. We didnt understand completely how the printing of invitations worked, so instead of politely explaining it to us, he talked to us like he couldnt believe we didnt know and like he was talking to a bunch of children. So condescending it was unreal. I will not be back here. I can not believe they let such unprofessional adults work here and keep them! No way. Seriously, if you want something done right go somewhere else.

abnormally long wait times for being the only customer in the store and the employee I experienced was extremely rude. I was told to wait, then asked by the same employee what I needed, so I began to explain and then I asked a question. The employee then asked the other employee a totally unrelated question and walked away from me. Im not sure if I was a burden or just not spending enough for them to care but Ill never do business here again. Id rather drive 20minutes to another location.

I would much rather do business at the ups off of dayton-yellowsprings rd. I was very disappointed to see the majority of employees were just walking around. I had to ask the employee to repack my item because he did such a poor job, and then to get confirmation I had to wait yet again in another line because he didnt choose to print off the reciept himself. I was very disappointed and it took about half an hour to mail a simple package that I already had a label for.

I agree with the other two ratings-RUDE! I stood there in line with two groups ahead of me for at least 10 minutes. Three people were sitting at cash registers/computers not helping anyone and no one even looked up to acknowledge our presence. The guy at the counter was trying to bubble wrap a package and was taking forever-again no eye contact-no one said "Be right with you" or even looked up. I walked out and will never go back again.

Based on the previous reviews, I was pleasantly surprised with my experiences at this FedEx Office location. The woman helping me was very attentive. She immediately greeted me when I came in, and, although she was working on something else when I came in, quickly got to me. I came in to print a poster and she effectively loaded my file, helped me to select a paper medium, and checked me out. No complaints here, would definitely return.

Rude, manger wouldnt accept my package because it looked " ruff " , the package was perfectly fine. She seem to dislike me for no reason, i dont even know this lady. She came off very bitter, maybe she hates men ??? Needless to say i got my package mailed off with no questions at ups. Fedex just lost a 4 year customer thanks to the manger. Everyone else there is nice and helpful. I will be making a complaint on the manger.
