This company needs to remember they are running a THRIFT store and not a department store or consignment shop. What used to be a great place to shop will probably eventually end up going out of business if they keep ut up. Noone wants to pay 13.99 for USED clothing. I wonder if they are as nonprofit as they say they are. Also, they used to have great employees but their employees now are just plain rude. I watched them tell an foreigner in front of me in line that they wouldnt sell him a soccer jersey cause it was mismarked...and that is his problem how? Also, I seen them treat another foreigner bad whom left her wallet on the counter. The foreign store manager thinks she is the queen of the World though. If you want ridiculous prices at least make your employees use good hygiene practices and dont have a woman walking around with a beard who cant count change....I could get them same prices or better on sales and clearance at Macys or JCPenney.

In the past I have generally liked this store. Its not particularly clean ever, but there arent too many thrift stores that are and I always wash the clothes before I wear them anyways so it never really bothered me too much. The two star rating comes from my last experience. Everyday they have a few certain colors that are 75, 50,and 25% off. I searched 8 aisles for the 75, and 50% colors and didnt find one. Come to find out the employees are talking about how theyve gotten every one of those colors off the racks to put back on later when there are other colors on sale. Why even post a sale?! Just leave prices what they are and stop trying to trick your customers... very disappointed.

I went to 1/2 price today... Spent $47.57 and pink tags were supposed to be 75% off but the cashier only gave me 50% off on my 4 pink tags... I called and spoke to the manager and she said i had to bring the receipt and the items with the tags still attached... I told her i already removed the tags before looking at the receipt but i had the tags and receipt.. She was VERY RUDE and said they couldnt refund my money because the tags were removed and hung up on me.

They dont deserve one star but you cant go lower. The store is dirty and many of the clothes are smelly and overpriced. The management is unprofessional and well in need of training in customer relations. Perhaps a company will donate classes toward the advancement of higher education in quality salesmanship.

This is my favorite thrift store. They have a great selection and really good prices, even if its not half price day. The store is always clean and there are changing rooms so you can try on the clothes before you buy them.

I come here a lot and there is something for everyone. I think they have the best prices on used items. They have great customer service--friendly smiles every time!
