Found this little gem hiding behind Krogers and Home Depot. My first impressions were good. The store was clean, the aisles were wide enough to get two people down side by side and store seemed to be well organized. The most exciting part was that they actually label the clothes by the size on the racks. And not just those big white hangers that denote each size difference but each hanger is marked with the appropriate size. For that alone I would recommend this Goodwill but they have reasonable and fair pricing on their items which makes this a great place to check out.

Always great stuff to be found. On one trip I found and bought on a whim, a hideously ugly VW Baja Bug cookie jar just because it was so unusual and I have a friend who LOVES the VW bug. I paid $3.50 for it. When I got home I did a Google image search and found out that it was ultra rare and one just like it had sold on EBay for $365.00! I was tempted to keep it and put it on eBay but decided to give it to my friend for Christmas anyway.

Very clean and airy. I didnt see a lot of the knick-knacks and special buys that a lot of other Goodwills in the metro area seem to have every week though. Not a huge selection of mens clothes unfortunately. A large selection of womens as expected. Fair amount of very low priced furniture.Glassware/household goods were decent. Very small electronics/appliance selection compared to other thrift stores. Overall its pretty average.

Love the place reasonable prices I find everything I need compared to the other Goodwill stores this one is the best I even found a projector screen I had been looking for the very one I saw for almost 200.00 for the most reasonable price I do travel an hour and a half to get there but when I get there its all worth it so make your way there you cant beat the selections quality and prices I recommended it to anyone

The Westerville Goodwill Store is a decent size. The store is pretty clean and organized. The layout makes good use of the space. Inventory selection is usually pretty good, and the quality of goods is usually good too. Items are always priced fairly at this store and I almost always walk out having purchased something.

Nice location, well organized. Unfortunately, customer service could use some work. An older lady who worked there was ridiculously rude to me. As someone whos worked in retail for a bit, I know its not that difficult to be kind to your customers.

One of the better Goodwills in town regarding selection and cleanliness. Usually have a good selection of things to dig through, very clean, and organized. Customer service is okay but not great.

Great thrift store! Quite nice stuff and the awesome Goodwill prices youd expect! Not just clothes, either - nice household items, toys and books, too! Clean and the employees are nice!

Staff is friendly but inventory is less appealing then other thrift stores around town. Have rarely found a deal. Some clothes limited books, limited furniture. Mostly knick knacks.

Its hard to remark on selection when a stores inventory relies on donations, but this location is not too bad. It has a spacious and organized layout.

Tried a coat on. Loved it. Tried to pay, but was charged $20 for a $5 coat. Sign said $5, why is it $20?
