Ready to spend several hundred dollars with them. Been dealing with off and on for over 20 years. Asked for products to be setup for Will Call on Thursday morning. Was told they could not place the order without a CC on file. Claimed they werent going to charge anything to it, however they HAD to have a CC on file since they had to bring products in from Youngstown. They salesman would not do anything to except state the "Policy". Canceled the order will get my parts somewhere else now. Guess they also wont want the several hundred dollars in fiber optic cable and parts that I will be ordering. Because of their "Policy".

This is an industrial electric supply store close to OSU. They carry electrical components that cant be found at hardware stores. They have a lot of parts in-stock, but not on the shelf, so you have to talk to the folks at the counter to get what you want. Their website is difficult to use especially if you dont know the name of what you want. If you can find a picture of what you want and bring it to them, theyll probably have it behind the counter and for a reasonable price.
