Its New Years Eve, why in the heck does your front end personnel open up a line for one person? There are only 2 lines open to begin with. There are plenty of people standing there waiting to be checked out and I believe her name was Tanya decided to jump online to take one person. A guy came after her special guest and she says "no only her" It was rude, inappropriate and light weight disrespectful. This is why stores like this get a bad reputation. Customer service should be the main concern. Its a holiday as well. My Granny shops here all of the time and I hate for her to be subjected to such people behind the registers. Happy New Year and I will be complaining to corporate!!!!

If it was possible to give this particular Save-A-Lot no stars i would...always a mess....sells bad meat...I had to point it out to the employees...like dont you smell the odor thats coming from the meat in the freezer?...all in all i give this store a thumbs down...
