Not So Great !!!! Arrived and given the day it was busy.... I mean busy. As soon as my family was about to get our shoes a RUDE WOMAN comes wanting to cancel her food order because it was taking them so long to get her food and this WOMAN proceeds to cut the line not even asking if anyone was next and both the old man and the "TEEN" walked away to deal with leaving my family wondering what was going on. Then I realized since it was my sons first time bowling we need a bumper, so I asked for one and all THREE were being used. Understanding how busy it was I was sure, but I am on Lane1, if one becomes available. So I went and asked around a couple of that CLEARLY werent using it until after I walked away. I even went to the desk to see if they could help in the situation, but did nothing at all. I even went off on Grandpa and "TEEN" And they both tried to talk to me like I was special. As I left I told them thanks for the worst Customer Service experience I ever had as a parent. But the "teen" had the balls to say "Look Maam" to me and I had to school him on customer service, so I hope the GM Frank will be there by pm today. He only had 2 people working the counter and the food area, which no one bought food due to the alley being understaffed.

We went there this past weekend we had fun but the place could use some work the girls bathroom was so nasty toilets had pee and toilet paper in them and one of the doors didnt lock. The lady at the front that looks like she hates her job was rude as hell and when we rent three lanes for us and our friend two of the lanes wouldnt work and the lady got rude with us when we went up to ask her to sign us in, and on top of it all we order and bunch of buckets of beer and all of our beers were expired April of 2016. I know having a business can be hard but dont be lazy and not check your dates .. we will not return.

Not good at all the guy who"fixed" the broken lane we was on had to butt his nose into a argument that me and my husband was having about lofting he tried to make me feel like I was wrong and stupid for talking about it but as a bowler I know that lofting is not good and isnt supposed to be done..next time dont get into personal arguments that people are having it really just made a good night out bad...

I had a terrible experience everytime with this bowling alley. The old man, I would assume the owner was very rude when comes to dealing with a younger crowd. Me and my friends arrived on a Thursday towards the end of leagues expecting an open lane so we were told over the phone. This isnt the first time Ive had issue with this alley, but I can tell you its the last time I will go to Colerain bowl.

First in the door on a random Tuesday of free movies and then bowling(kidsbowlfree program with 3.50 shoe rental). Given a quiet area though lane two continuously needed to be reset. With 7 kids ages 6-11, that is a huge pain.

The staff there was rude and they wouldnt let me bowl a game on a Saturday night because I was under 18. It was pretty dumb to be honest. Only service they could actually probably get.

I didnt bowl here, but I met up with friends. The womens bathroom stall I used didnt even have a working latch. This stuff is basic. No reason that shouldnt be fixed.

Great environment, much more family friendly than other bowling alleys in the area. Friendly and helpful staff. Very clean too.
