Very poor customer service. You call in to inquire about trading a car in, get told they will call you back and dont receive a call back at all. Then you go into the lot 3 days later to look around and inquire about your trade in only to be told that "only the manager/owner is allowed to quote trade ins and he isnt here." Call back a few hours later, owner now is there and answers, states that he still doesnt have the quote and to call back in an hour and he will have it. Call back and they dont answer your phone calls all of a sudden. Apparently, they just dont want business. Plus they have multiple cars on the lot with flat tires, broken wheel studs and the car I went to look at had broken glass all over the rear floor board from someone obviously breaking into it while there and also found the hood popped when I checked it out. This is a very suspicious lot that doesnt value the ideas of customer service. Definitely will not return here or even consider a car from here.

This "dealership" is filled with crooks. These guys are why people are afraid to shop at used car dealerships. I bought my car from them and took it in a couple months later for a repair that should have taken 3 days. It took them over a week to "fix" the problem in a half assed way. They also stole 10 LED bulbs out of my car.(2 brake lights, 2 running lights, 2 turn signals, 2 reverse lights, and 2 license plate lights) I spent over $150 on these specialty LED bulbs. In the process of stealing my bulbs, they also broke a couple of other things inside my car. When I confronted them about it, I got the run around. They refused to acknowledge that the bulbs were obviously missing and refused to reimburse me for them even though I had the receipt for them. They had no business being in the trunk (repair was under the hood), and my car was not broken into. Whoever stole my bulbs had the key. DO NOT give these crooks your business, you will be ripped off!

I came here to look at a car we saw online. The place is very disorganized and when we arrived no one came out to ask us if we needed help. No one was inside of the building so we just kept looking around and eventually someone asked us if we had any questions. We asked if we could test drive a car and they gave us the keys. They didnt even know our names or ask for IDs... The lot that all the cars are on is a gravel lot which I think is a little trashy compared to a blacktop. But I guess thats a reason there a difference in price between these used cars and other big name places. I will say that their asking prices were reasonable for the cars I saw.

I am so regretting purchasing my daughter a car from this place! Nothing but trouble since I bought the car in January! The engine block wasnt fully secured! A/C not working, even after I filled the Freon, 1 yr old battery just died, engine was a quart low on oil, bumper almost fell off after we drove it a couple days, check engine light came on the day after I bought it and it took them weeks to fix it, among many other little issues - ugh! do NOT buy anything from this place!

I bought a car here, and found out a year and a half later when I tried to trade this vehicle in elsewhere, that the vehicle is a SALVAGE TITLE and was never told so!!!! Ive been trying to make contact for weeks and no call, or email back. I currently have a lawsuit being worked on as this is HIGHLY ILLEGAL and is FRAUD!! DO NOT COME HERE. If you want fixed up, old totaled cars from junk yards, by all means buy from this place. Absolutely terrible. Would rate 0 if I could.

They had very low pressure sales and allowed solo test-driving, which was pleasant. But now I realize why. Some of those cars are not worth what they look. Dont even look at one without its title readily available; it may be salvage. These people are very polite as they make promises they never deliver on, dont call you back or even fail show up on some of the days. I would not only not recommend them, I would warn anyone from stepping on that lot.

I hate to give these guys a bad review due to the their nice demeanor on the phone. However, I emailed them three times asking for the CarFax on a car I was interested in with no response. I called and was told Id be emailed them right away. After not receiving them, I called again two days later and was told hed send them right away. I still dont have the email. These guys dont want to sell you their cars.

This place was great just absolutely amazing. At first I didnt think I should buy from here but the service and the quality of the cars was great. I bought a Honda Civic from this place and Ive had it for some time and it still runs great. I would recommend this place to someone else in a heartbeat. Gender auto sales is definitely number one in my eyes.

Its that this business is a buy here pay here but when I went to buy I had half of the price of the car and the guy still wanted me to be approved with the bank and there was only one bank and he didnt even know what kind of car I wanted to by but was just trying to put me in one for the bank by telling them I wanted a 12000 dollar car... Dont shop here
