I brought an suv from them in April of 2012. During the initial transaction and negotiations, the customer service was great. So great in fact, that is why I deceided to do business with this dealer. After all the paperwork was finished and my wife and I were ready to leave, she noticed a nail in the left rear tire.The nail was very close to the side wall and I told the salesman. He told us we would have to go to their tire shop to get it checked out which he said was just down the street. I was not happy with this arrangement as it was 5:30pm and in the middle of rush hour. We left the dealer and drove to Tire Plus in Largo which took more like 35 minutes. The Sales Manager pulled the nail out and sure enough the tire was leaking. Well wouldnt you know they didnt have a replacement.They would have to order a tire. I immediately called the Dealer back and told them I was bringing the suv back and they could get it fixed. No,no,no..they didnt want anything to do with me anymore.They got their deal, I signed all the papers..GOODBYE !!!!!!! . Well I live 55+ miles away which is a 2 hour round trip drive. I had them put the donut spare on, and drove 55 miles home. I had to go back the next day, driving another 110 miles and 2 hours of my time to get the tire replaced, something that a reputable car dealership should have done. Still as of today they never called to see if the tire was repaired or offerred any apology or reinbursement for my time, gas money or even tolls. I would have appreciated at least a follow up phone call or email. This goes to show you what kind of customer service you get once your out the door...NONE!!! I would not...Let me repeat...I would not recommend this dealer. DON"T BUY A CAR OR TRUCK FROM THEM.........ONCE YOUR OUT THE DOOR... YOUR FORGOTTEN!!! GOODBYE...Thanks West Coast....You just lost a customer.....As if you really care.

This place was great!! After shopping for a used truck for almost a year I saw this f250 on line at west coast car and truck sales. I messaged Kraig about the truck and he responded immediately so I scheduled an appointment to come check it out. I fully expected to find that the truck, like so many I had looked at, would be no where near as nice as the pictures on Craigslist. To my surprise I found that it was in great condition ran and drove perfectly and everything worked. Kraig was easy to deal with and did not pressure me or try to "sell" the truck at all. He just let the vehicle speak for itself and answered any questions I had. I was apprehensive at this point because I really liked the truck and the price was great but I needed financing. This turned out to be no problem for these guys Ken took me in his office and had the financing taken care of in just a few minutes with a reasonable interest rate and great terms. They also ended up taking my truck on trade and giving me a very fair price. It took me longer to clean out my old truck than it took these guys to put this whole deal together. I would definitely recommend this dealership and I will be shopping there again when its time to replace my wifes truck.

Avoid this place. Horrible experience. Popped in to see a car that was listed for sale on Autotrader. A 2007 Miata with 9,000 miles (If you see it, avoid it-- poor shape.) JM1NC25F870124243 The car was poorly described and needed to be jump started. There was rust, and it was not mentioned on the ad. Sales person and person you go on w/ the test drive are different people. The sales person was respectful enough, but was just about work trying to pre-qualify me by asking leading questions. The person that goes with you on test drives is one that is quite ignorant of conversation and cars. Uses one-liners that that make any potential buyer want to walk away. Such examples would be: "You get what you pay for." and "No the owner wont let us sell it for 5 cents less." I was laughing, expecting him to say next "Come on, my family needs to eat I cant let this car go for that." Next line was "their mechanics" gave it a clean bill of health as I continued to point out issue after issue. No consideration for conflict of interest at all. Did not negotiate numbers, but they operate on a high pressure basis. Would not recommend. Avoid this place.

SPREAD THE WORD!!! This past weekend my wife & I went to a local Toyota store in Pinellas Park in hopes of taking home a new car. We were there almost 30 minutes with no one helping us before someone approached and asked if we needed help. I explained to the salesman what vehicle we were interested in, and he stated he would be back in just one minute...another 15 minutes went by & nothing. Obviously alittle more than upset, my wife & I got back in our car, and as we were pulling out we notice WEST COAST CAR & TRUCK SALES down on US 19, so we pulled in and decided to check out what they had to offer. FANTASTIC EXPERIENCE!!! That is how I can explain our time with West Coast. Our salesperson, Kraig, was great. He answered all of our questions, and my wife & I drove home within the hour in our new 2008 Toyota Highlander. Thanks again Kraig, and we will definitly be back for our next car.

This was by far the best car buying experience Ive ever had! I searched for this exact vehicle that our family needed for months, came across their online inventory and messaged Ken. At first I was only looking, but once I saw how clean the vehicle was and price listed was a great deal...I called Ken and asked to drive it. Once my husband and I decided this was the vehicle we wanted, the entire transaction took no more than an hour to complete. The customer service was exemplary! Two days later I took the vehicle in for a couple of minor issues, parts were ordered & fixed next day! So even though they dont "guarantee" or provide a warranty off the lot, they do honor their inspection services and will make customers happy within reason. I HIGHLY recommend West Coast Car & Truck Sales.

I was searching and searching for a car that was like my old one and I came across a beauty at West Coast Car & Truck Sales. Jackie was the salesman; he was very helpful and very professional. It didn’t take long for them to approve me and get me back into the car I wanted. I’ve dealt with many car dealerships and west coast car & truck sales is hands down the best one. They have many beautiful well-kept cars on the lot unlike other dealerships because west coast car takes pride in their dealership. Jackie, Ken and everyone that works there made me feel right at home. I highly recommend this dealership and will definitely be telling all my friends. They took care of me more than any other dealership and that’s why I love this place. Thank you all so much and I love my car.

After giving my information over the phone to chuck I was told I would get a loan answer by the end of the day. Three days went by before I decided to call them. Spoke with chuck again, he tells me his finance manager wanted $3400.00 down for an approval which would not have been a problem. But the fact that my beacon score is less than stellar at 680 is the reason why I was brushed aside. They advertise "Guaranteed loans regardless of credit" are LIES! Unless you but 50% down. They run and run your beacon score down by running your credit several times! Chuck should of called back and explained rather than treat me like Im a useless car buyer with bad credit.
