Rude. I stopped in and got a quote on a pair of speakers. He told me "30 for the pair." I didn't have my ID on me so I had to leave and come back. He also told me if I came back it wouldn't change. I got my ID and was back less than two hours later and was told 15 for the pair. He adamately denied saying 30. Maybe he made a mistake in quoting me 30, but the way he handled it was very rude, basically calling me a liar. I would have been ok with it if he had been more gracious, but that combined with his unfriendliness earlier that day was too much so I left.

Great bunch of people. Recently bought a like new guitar and amp. Prices on the tags equaled 150, was sold the pair for 100 even plus tax. Amp was not working correctly, so today I took it back. They credited me the amount I paid for the amp towards another one in the store, plus marked down the price of the new amp. At the same time I expressed an interest in another amp costing nearly 300. They marked down the price of it to 200 out the door and let me put it on layaway. I love this place, they have always done me right.

Tried to buy a rifle from these guys. I was standing right behind a person waiting to check out and he was selling his rifle. They gave him 200 for his rifle and after he left, I expressed interest in buying it after the wait period. I came back after the wait period and they tried to sell me the gun for 450 dollars. Sorry, but thats one hell of a mark up. I offered 300 and was told no. Next time I will offer the guy selling it more money right in front of them.

Ive been a long time customer of the First National Pawn in Grand Forks, and the staff that work there have been great to me. Great deals, great products, and whenever Ive had a problem, they refunded me (at least with in store credit) or replaced my item. One of the Employees, Joel, is absolutely phenomenal and is great at customer service. Awesome place, I recommend.

If I could give negative stars I would. Brought about $4,000 worth of jewelry to these thiefs. They cant test diamonds, cant tell a real Rolex from a fake and dont take pearls. They offered me $10 for a $2,000 bracelet even if I had an appraisal showing the value. Go elsewhere!!!! These crooks will rip you off.

If you tell me you will be open until 3:00, dont close the door in my face at 2:57 when I explain exactly what I want and exactly where it is in your store because I had already looked at it, saying "we are trying to get out of here."

I called them and asked how much I could get they said 35$ then when I get there they say 15$ and they cant test headsets when they have 200 xboxs to try it with. Rip offs. One of the worst experiences ever.

Can get busy, but always get the help I need Would have given 5 starts but they stopped carrying firearms and that has to cost em something in my opinion
