Recently visited BestBuy to review laptops & purchase new laptop with Windows 10 Pro. Had a few "unique" Wi-Fi connectivity issues with the initial unit. Returned to the store seeking support from the GEEK Squad. The GEEK Squad worked the issue with me. As a team we decided to exchange the initial laptop for a similar unit. Upon further investigation the next day The GEEK Squad found that the issue with the first machine was caused by a "bundled" software program that was found to not be present when the GEEK Squad performed machine recovery. Went back to the store and exchanged the second laptop for the original machine. BestBuy and the GEEK Squad are just GREAT. My primary reason for shopping at BestBuy is the GREAT customer service and truly outstanding GEEK Squad support, GEEK Squad member for 6 years and BestBuy customer for 15. It is just GREAT to have someone you can easily communicate with like those folks at BestBuy!

once again the Best Buy Big Box Store brandin program fails. An HTC phone 9 months old with a 1 year contract but they decide not to carry it. Instead I have to settle for some other brand I do NOT want or pay a huge differential in pricing to get a Samsung brand with comparable features. Not to speak of cases and accessories bought that are now landfill. Sure we will give you a store credit towards something you dont want, or........................... give us more money on something else and we can do it again to you next year. This is why Best Buy is in poor shape financially. They pump and dump product and expect the consumer to support them The worst part is they still have the "discontinued" phone on display to sell. THIS is a corporate problem; the store personnel have to take the hit because corporate has ruined this company........ tore up my rewards card.. Big Fail.

Just had an awesome experience here with the manager! Came in to purchase a camera for an upcoming trip and left with the most amazing deal on a camera I could only dream of having. The manager was super helpful, very polite, and answered all my questions with great knowledge. Will definitely shop here again and recommend this store to anyone. Also, the associate that rang me out was super friendly and did very well balancing phone calls while ringing me out.

The experience here can vary greatly. If you know what you want and where to find it, it generally goes well. If you need help, you may have to wait...a long time. Like many big box retail locations, the knowledge of the staff can vary greatly. I have been given misinformation more than once here. I do not rely on the staff for reliable information when making a purchasing decision. I suggest doing you research before going here to make a purchase.

Just called to get the status of an item and the lady was completely unwilling to help me. 2 stores had already helped with the information I was asking her and, for reasons I do not understand, she refused to provide me with whether or not an item would be available for purchase... an item that has been out of stock online for weeks and I am trying to find for my son for Christmas!! FIRST AND LAST TIME I EVER contact the Wilson store for Anything!!!!

I went and put a computer on hold with a valid transaction. They knew I would be back to pick it up right after my doctor appt. When I had gotten back with slip in hand for my comp. I had found out that they sold it! I had to drive 2 counties away just to pick up the same computer because the Wilson store sold mine and it was the last one.

This BEST BUY SUCKS!!!!!!!!!!! I TRIED PRICE MATCHING ON Amazon for an iPad mini 4 for $300 and they wouldnt do it!!!!!!!! YOU SAY ONLINE PRICE MATCH GARENTEED!!! LIERS!! THEY ONLY CARE ABOUT MONEY!!! Also they Screwed up my fiancés computer!! Buttholes!!! Dont ever get anything fixed here!! They suck!! Except for one person!

I was able to take my 8 year old son in to this best buy and have a great time looking for a tablet for him to purchase with the money that he saved up. The clerk that helped us showed him two in his price range and gave him some plus and minuses for both that helped him settle on his purchase. Great experience.

Horrible customer service. Kids got a gift for me as a surprise (with a warranty). They emailed me the receipt (after promising not to), thus spoiling the surprise. Emailed Best Buy multiple times in multiple places - no response. Finally called - all they offered was an apology since the device actually worked.

Sometimes the Customer Service is great , but I would not recommend anyone to buy a phone from this store. My HTC Evo with Sprint has had 3 pairs in less than 4months. This is my 3rd phone because it just completely stopped charging. They will not let me trade for another phone unless I pay the retail price.

Almost all items that I wanted to touch and see were locked away behind there counter. I wanted to get my hands on some Microsoft Surface products but they were locked away because of recent thieves. Friendly people but none offered great detailed help!
