I had never had a problem with this store until today. My little brother has special needs and just finished with a long day at the special olympics. We get to target and as we do every single time, I put him in the buggy. Hes a 20 year old with Down syndrome. A woman that works there approached me and told me to take him out of the buggy. I said "he has problems with his feet sometimes, he cant walk around the store." And then she suggested me putting him in the cart for the kids in wheelchairs, because having him in the buggy was "unsafe". If I thought it was unsafe to have him in the buggy do you really think I wouldve put him there? We proceeded to leave and not spend any money here. You can thank carol for having lost three customers today. she can worry about her own self, I have been taking care of this kid for 20 years. I know how to handle him.

Red Base is at one end of a box canyon, and at the other end, you have a blue base. Both bases generally have the same products, though blue base does have a considerably larger stockpile of food and remains operational 24/7, and while Red Base has a more refined selection of housewares and is manned by a staff of high school graduates and college students eager to assist with mission critical intel (as oposed to the mouth-breathing sloths at blue base), the installation is decommissioned nightly for maintenance and repairs. My advice? Plan your infiltration carefully, hit mission objectives quickly, and bug out.

My wife was going to try some items and the person at the fitting room told us in not a friendly way that she couldnt try more than 6 items. There are nicer ways to say it but I understand it is their rules but then we tried to exchange three items for three other items and it turns out that my wife needed to get fully dressed get out to show all six items before exchanging only three items. I was not allowed to simple show the lady in the fitting room the items coming out in exchange for the one coming in. Such silly rules that make no sense but they apparently just need to follow the rules not logic

Ive been going to this target for about 7 years and we have never had a problem until now. Its really gone down hill. The employees are just plan lazy and they dont care anymore. We were in line and the cashier couldnt get the tags to work on some cups that we were buy so he just got tired of trying and just put them in the bag. We honestly didnt know what to say. After we checked out we walked over to the customer service station and payed for them. I have now avoided going to target as much as I can.

Not bad.....Store is well kept and stocked well...... Staff in store and pharmacy are nice and helpful.... Prices beat Walmart, especially if you consider their great gift card specials and dont forget to get use the Target debit card to get 5% of on all your purchases...... The Market Pantry brand rivals Harris Teeter.....food choices are good if you consider the space it shares in the store.... This is just my personal experience.

I found really cute shoes and tops for a great price. I was looking for some jewelry but the department closed early. I was disappointed in that, especially since the store wasnt closing for another hour and a half. However, I still love the great brands they sell with many different styles, colors and sizes in their clothes and shoes. Plus some sale items you cant beat. Target is great.

I refuse to spend my money anywhere I am blatantly discriminated against. Cashier said he was closed when he saw me walk up, I moved to a different register, when he saw another customer of a different race he was open again. Then he had the nerve to look at me and say that he was sorry. I only have one item but trust and believe I left it at I will not be back to shop with them again.

The pharmacy has completely lost my business in the future. Blake is wonderful but ever since CVS took over the system has messed up almost every month. The pharmacy assistant with the dark hair and glasses is particularly condescending. The rest of the store is adequate but could use updating. The cashiers have always been pleasant. Overall points lost for the pharmacy changeover

4.5 stars to this Target instead of 5 because I always have a hard time locating the items that Ive got on my cartwheel shopping list or when doing a pick up...that said the staff is always friendly, knowledgeable and offering to help. Its a clean store, well lit and the prices arent as low as some competitors but they do have good sales and they arent expensive.

Always loved shopping at this Target until I had to deal with their Customer Service/Guest Service employee. She was by far the rudest person on multiple occasions. Not professional and acted like it was a bother to do her job. Even on the phone she huffs and puts you on hold then acts sarcastic when she comes back on the line.

Customer service was outstanding tonight! I had not used cartwheel before. And cashier helped with that. Then I forgot to give him my paper coupons after transaction was complete . another employee came over to help me get it straightened out.....without...a hating a couponer attitude!

Worst experience I have ever had as far as a Target store. Mens department was packed so full. You couldnt make it thru the isles, there was no assistance by personnel they were too busy in the corner straightening bring backs and talking to each other. Dought I will ever come back.

The prices arent the cheapest but thats made up for in the shopping experience. The location can be hard to access/leave from the market st entrance and the parking lot can be a little tricky. I wish Wilmington would get a new SuperTarget,but this is a fine representative.

Transgender identity thief; they dont have the glue that I want; messy cord/power banks & headphones in that area. Power banks in the electronic area was looking like crazy; wallpaper power banks up in front.they have container stickers stuck on the floor.

Good product selection,with a mini grocery store and pharmacy built in. Most days its a bit understaffed on the floor and at the register,but they make due and lines move fairly fast. Overall I would recommend shopping here to family and friends.

Well lit, very clean. If you have an issue with bathroom cleanliness, someone will take care of it. Things are well organized and I can usually find someone to help me, plus there are buttons to request assistance which are answered quickly.

Understaffing at the registers caused long lines. Otherwise, got what I came for and one item on sale. I would shop at Target more if their prices were more competitive and they had more sale items.

All the staff Ive come in contact with are very friendly. Its usually really crowded here, though and because of the set up of the store, its sometimes hard to get down some of the aisles.
