BRIDES BE WARNED!!! DO NOT COME HERE FOR YOUR DRESSES OR ANYTHING ELSE FOR THAT MATTER.i partly blame myself for what has happened with this company because i actually read the reviews and decided to give these ladys the benefit of the doubt, they told me some of the brides that came in did not understand that there was a Chinese new year and some places would be shut down and not being able to deliver certain days, but they were super nice at 1st & very helpful and was willing to work with me but as soon as i walked out of there and they had some money all hell broke lose. (1st strike)- i came in with one of my brides maids a week earlier to get her sizes down because when i was coming in the following week with the rest of my bridal party her little girl was having her birthday party then and could not be with the rest of the party so we went to get her sizes written down on my order and when the rest of the party came in for their sizes she could order them all at the same time. well the next weekend rolls around and my other girls get there sizes down so she can order the dresses in the next few days she tells me she has lost the other maid of honors sizes and can not find where she put it (extremely disorganized) so i had to take the time out of the rest of my day to track my bridesmaid down write down her sizes myself and call the boutique back myself to give her the sizes. She wrote them down and told me it will be ordered that Tuesday. (2nd STRIKE)- 3 weeks later i call back to find out when the dresses would be here, i was planning on moving the wedding and needed to find out when the dresses wold be available, well the lady i spoke with told me that she had not ordered the dresses yet that she though we were waiting on another bridesmaid to come in and get sized, this was not true she had all the information she needed to place the order on the dresses and NO ONE told her we were waiting on another bridesmaid and she told me that the dresses would not be here until the very end of February or later and my wedding was MARCH 5TH and that i might have to move my wedding back regardless. The lady i spoke with told me she would call the owner and give me a call back. she finally called me back and said well the Designer company owed them a favor and the dresses would be in no later than the end of January and that everything was going to be "okay", and admitted it was their bad, and finally placed the order. (STRIKE 3)- I got a call from the boutique yesterday asking me to make a payment on my wedding dress and for my bridesmaids to make a payment on theirs again when they have no even come in yet. I was told when i placed the order that i would not have to make another payment until the dresses came in, and then the owner asked me when the bridesmaids dresses need to come on? i was confused at this point because nothing had changed as far as they knew i still wanted the dresses before march. even though at this point the wedding was getting pushed back. we got off the phone and about a hour later she owner called me back again and told me that she remembered why she asked about the dates, she told me one of my bridesmaids came in and told her the wedding had been CANCELED about a month ago so she put the dresses on hold. one of my Bridesmaid was unable to be in the wedding and called back in December to ask if it was possible to get her money back because she was unable to be in the wedding they told her no which she understood. SHE DID NOT TELL THEM THE WEDDING WAS BEING CANCELED ONLY THAT SHE WAS NOT GOING TO BE IN THE WEDDING ANT WANTED TO SEE IF IT WAS POSSIBLE TO GET HER MONEY BACK. The owner called me blaming my bridesmaid for the mishap and now the dresses would not be in on time for the wedding and for alterations. Not only did she put the dresses on hold when she got a call from my bridesmaid but she failed to call me and confirm with ME if the wedding bad been canceled or not when all this cold have been avoided if she would have just called me to confirm. she refused 2 do anything 2 fix the situation.

I ordered a bridesmaid gown from the Bridal Boutique of Wilmington this past May and did not receive it until today (August 11). I called on several occasions to inquire about the delivery date and was told by two different women it was not in. On one occasion, they asked me if I even had the right store. Another time, I was told the dress was to be delivered on July 18 and when I called on the 18th and was told that it still was not delivered and that a delivery date was just an estimate. Today I received a call from them and was told my dress had been delivered on July 8th and that it was policy to charge ten dollars extra for each week the dress sat in the shop for a grand total of $60 extra dollars. I was informed that they had called on several occasions but my voicemail was full yet I checked my phone log and do not see a record of it. I was told that I was pretty much a liar and sorry about my bad luck but there is no way I could have called them so many times without her knowing. AND I was told that only one person works in the shop and that I was pretty much dreaming that I spoke with another associate. My mother even called to say she was with me one of the numerous times that I called and was promptly hung up on two times in a row. “Out of the kindness of their hearts,” they ended up charging me $20 extra for “storage fees” instead of the full $60 for a dress that I have been calling about for months to pick up. The whole situation just really upsets me and I do not want this to happen to anyone else. I regret ever doing business with this boutique and wish I read the reviews beforehand. I’m not sure if they just try to make money this way or are just highly disorganized. What I do know is that the customer service is horrible (the associate even had food hanging out of her mouth when I picked up my dress which I know from working retail is highly unprofessional but that is another review altogether) and no one needs this added stress when planning their wedding.

DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!!!! My bridesmaids ordered their dresses February 18, 2012 and I still do not have them...which by the way my wedding is in 2 weeks! They told me they would call me as soon as they came in the beginning of May, which when they ordered their dresses they told them it would take 6-8 weeks. Ummmm you do the math! I called them a week and a half ago gave her my name and she asked me to hold, then she proceeds to yell across the store asking if anyone knows where my file is! Totally unprofessional and unorganized! (strike 1) After she finally was done yelling she told me that the dresses didnt come in the right sizes on May 5th and they were all size 6 (which my girls ordered anywhere from a size 12-18...not even close to a size 6) she said they would be in June 3rd...6 DAYS BEFORE MY WEDDING! (strike 2) Didnt even bother to call me and let me know ANYTHING, I mean a courtesy call would have made the situation a little better. (strike 3 OUT) Then I spoke with i guess the manager and she said shes been doing this for 20 years and it would be ok! How can I trust you if you cant get it even close to right the first time! I called her today to find out the status and she said she was waiting on the tracking company to call her back (she told one of my bridemaids this a few days ago) So brides, bridemaids and anyone else who is thinking about shopping here beware...dont do it!!! You can find the same dress somewhere else, this place will do all they can so they dont have to refund your money! This place is a joke and I will never return once (or if) my bridesmaids dresses come in! If there was an option to give a negative 1,000 I totally would! UGH
