As an artist who lives locally in the area, I have a lot of clients who buy artwork from me, and not a lot of places to go for a print. Every time Ive gone to the Print Haus Sylva office to print a poster for a client, there has always been some noticeable flaw with the prints they made. However, the Print Haus execution of my latest clients project was abysmal beyond words. Long story short, they botched everything there was to botch with the project. Misaligned prints, edges that werent square, round corners that were sloppily hand-cut with scissors were just a few of their mistakes. And when I asked for a refund for their shoddy work, the manager had the gall to scoff at me for mistakes he said were my fault. If you want a print, stay away from the Print Haus. Keep away from their Waynesville office, too. All of their employees work in both locations. On that note, my project was delayed by them for a day because one employee was sick one day, and his replacement left the Waynesville office in such a hurry that she left everything there, including my clients project.

Not only is she a competent designer but she has an innate creativity often not seen in todays marketplace. Needless to say I am thrilled with my books cover and interior design. Excellent service by Chris. We were visiting in town and needed to send documents to our bank. Chris was s helpful and I was able to fulfill my end. I went to the chain office supply store in town and their service was deplorable. Rude, very unprofessional and unwilling to help. It always pays to shop and patron local stores.
