We visited this cute local ice cream shop while taking my sister to orentation at Western Carolina. The ice cream was amazing and the service was even better! The sweet girl who helped us, I think her name was Caitlin, was so patient when my daughter wanted to sample several flavors. She also gave us some suggestions of things to do in the area. I cant get over how professional and pleasant she was! I hope she is working in August when we go back for freshman move in day, because we will definitely be going back for more ice cream!

Amazing flavors. I had the lemon, which was a subtle flavor almost custard-like. My wife had the Charleston Sea salt and caramel which if she had not gotten some to share, I would have gotten a scoop of both that and the lemon for myself. My daughter got the Black Cherry which again was a nice subtle flavor. The waffle bowl was cinnamon flavored(also have vanilla), and was fresh made on order. Outstanding all around.

Went to Jacks because of the good reviews but it wasnt as good as the reviewers state. The prices were very high for mediocre ice cream. The sundae wasnt really a sundae but ice cream with a drizzle of caramel....didnt even have a cherry on top! Tons of flavors and hot waffle cone but the taste and mixes in the ice cream were just average. Obviously only place in town to get ice cream.

Awesome employees! Best ice cream in the world. They welcomed our little dog Bella Lou in and got her a small cup of vanilla with a little milk bone on top. I cant say enough about my whole experience there. Got to see for yourself. I aint bluffing! Thanks Kaleigh and Riley for inviting us for ice cream. My wife Lori and I will most definitely go again very soon!

Those old reviews...IGNORE them. This place is no longer near the river and no longer run by a snooty owner and teenagers who dont care. This place is AWESOME and the warm fresh wrapped by hand waffle cones are the bomb. The owner is a genuinely great guy! Go! Eat! Be happy!

This is the best ice cream shop youll find in the area. The cones are fresh and the people willing to help you find the taste that will make you happy. Its close to the movie theater too if you want to see a movie and then get ice cream afterward.

Yelp says Ive checked in here 35 times; I think I might have forgotten a couple times. And Im from out-of-state! Waffle cones are the star here! Get your ice cream in a waffle cone and get 2 flavors in the medium or large!

The worst ice cream Ive ever tasted. It was stale and freezer burned. I paid $7 for a milkshake and had to throw it out. The staff was very friendly and personable, unfortunately it didnt make up for the awful ice cream.

We didnt know what a "warm wake cone" was until we saw it in action. It means a freshly made wake, wrapped into a cone, and it is delicious. Especially the cinnamon one. The Ice cream is good and not too sweet.
