I went to this location last night after promising my son I would take him out for ice cream. I am extremely disappointed in the rudeness and lack of professionalism in the staff here. The couple in front of me ordered. The young girl waiting on them went to hand off his ice cream. The man stated he had wanted a waffle cone. To which her reply was "thats not what you ordered. You didnt tell me that." Instead of making it right..she literally stood there and very rudely argued with the guy. Finally she said in the most condescending of tones "which waffle cone do you want". After they paid and left, I was waited on. The girl that waited on me was super nice...offering multiple samples to my picky child. As I finished my order I stood at the cash register while many employees walked past seemingly wandering aimlessly. Nobody smiled..greeted me..checked me out..nothing. As I was standing there, I had to listen to rude girl loudly proclaiming she didnt get said guys order wrong and how could she have. I have a tip for you...dont talk about customers in earshot of other customers..its rude..! If it werent for the child I promised ice cream standing right there excited for his treat, I would have walked out and went to Dairy Queen. Disgraceful. You guys need Zingtrain. I highly suggest you look into it. Judging from other Yelpers, Im not the only one with a poor experience. I wont be back. PS. Nobody was wearing gloves and I watched multiple employees touch the cash register and immediately go back to serving ice cream.

Okay was really in the mood for some good stone cold ice cream on such a hot summer night so we went to the location on Schoenherr Road tonight. and I am just appalled at the customer service first of all their menu board didnt even have the sizes or what kind of ice cream they offered for Stone Cold secondly I dont know if it was the supervisor or not he was extremely rude and explaining certain sizes and ice cream that they have he made me feel as if it I was inconvenient him to do his job!!!! so I suggest you up coach these people on some customer service because as for now Im going to tell anybody who will listen to go to another location!!!!

Their customer service is not so good. Two days ago, I ordered 20 doughnuts and ended up getting the bill for 20 timbits. I told the cashier that I needed doughnuts not timbits, yet he confirmed with me thrice before putting the doughnuts into the box and was not clearly hearing me with his headset on even though I was standing right in front of him. He ended up pushing my smoothie on my hand while handing me the box, spilling some of it on my hand. Today needed some ice cream. Though it was not as bad, but the overall service was very bad.

I didnt like anything terrible staff and bad customer service. The manager and the supervisor make employees work for free and without pay. Nobody does that only Chaldeans do that because they think they are above the law. Its Illegall to let employees work without pay WHO DOES THAT!!!! ONLY CHALDEANS!!!! Terrible management!!!!

There ice cream is good but there is this old lady that always finds a way to mess up my ice cream either by adding other flavors or other topings I didnt even ask for.
