Checked website for store hours and address, then went to purchase chocolate, only to find a handwritten note on the door saying they would open 3 hours after time listed online. Called the next day to make sure they were open, they apologized for being late that morning and the adjusted hours the day before. So I drive there again. They are all out of their Nestle chocolate! She explained it was suppose to be delivered the day before, but they hadnt received the shipment yet. Maybe because you were closed! Very frustrating because this is not the first time this has happened. Not to mention, its not by to much, so you are making specific trips to their shop. Looking for other places now.

My wife often makes cakes for our family events. She is not a professional baker and is not selling these cakes for a profit. She has visited this location on many occasions for needed supplies. On a recent visit, she had a horrible experience with an irrational acting employee claiming to be the owner. My wife was verbally abused and physically assaulted for no reason by this employee/owner. The assault occurred in front of our two young children. My wife received injuries to her hand. Police were called. A report was made. Please be careful when visiting this establishment.

I was referred to Happy Hostess, as I was looking to buy bulk chocolate. I called to find out when they closed, and if they had what I needed. The lady I spoke with gave me directions (even when I called a second time-lost), and stayed 5-10 minutes after they closed just to wait for me! The staff is very kind and helpful; I would reccomend Happy Hostess to anyone looking for cake or candy making supplies!

Normally Im greeted but today all I heard was a baby screaming on a back room. I looked at everything to plan 3 events, and no one asked if they could help. I know she seen me and she helped the person who walked in. A lot of empty containers, and low stock. I put back what I was about to purchase and walked out.. wrote my review. Sadly its not the friendly, helpful.."Happy Hostess" I had known.

Very frustrated with the hours. I checked the website and it said they were open on Friday at 10:00am. I got there at 10:45 and the store was closed. No note on the door explaining. I even compared the hours sign on the door to the website and they were same. Looking for a new place to get my cake decorating stuff as I had problems with this store last year as well.

This was my first time visiting happy Hostess house and let me tell you I have found a little Slice of Heaven right here by the airport. They have everything you could want for home baking and decorating memes. The staff was helpful and gave me tips for things that I didnt even think of. I see myself visiting this place quite often, you should too!
