They do not stand behind their products that they sale they are very rude to customers I would not recommend ever shopping at that store it is not worth your time or money because if something happens to your product they have a 7 day warranty but they do not stand behind it would not return my product after 4 days when the battery will not charge after I was told on the phone that had a 7 day warranty and they would return it no problems so I would not recommend anyone ever spending a dime of money with High Life smoke shop worst smoke shop in the United States

Went by here to buy some kratom, expecting to find crappy quality kratom just due to the fact that head shops dont usually get in very fresh kratom. Well i tried the one they recommended that was a great price and im blown away, wonderful product and wonderful service! Ill be getting my kratom from here from now on along with cbd wax gummys and lollipops!!! Go check this place out if youre in need of some of the high life ✌

This store has everything. I cant say that the prices are the best, but they arent that bad. I go there first for everything I need smoke wise. I dont really even bother going anywhere else. The employees there know what they are doing and know what you need. For first time smokers to pros they have experience to help you.

Do not buy things from here!!! They sell faulty glass and other things... I bought a pre-broken e-cig. The employees are dumb espically the lady! They dont have a clue what or how things work. Very rude. And did not let me return the bad product after 30mins of buying it, they only care about making their daily quota.

Went there, the two very informed ladies helped me, I spent around $80, left happy. Came back thirty minutes later to buy some more stuff and the guy was the only out there. Standoffish? Maybe. He didnt seem interested in helping me at all. Ill still go back here, but wont get help from him.
