The employees were very personable, helpful and patient with their customers. They have the largest variety of water pipes ive seen in louisville. definitely the best prices around too! especially with their grand opening sale going on. I bought a pipe recommended by one of the employees and i have no complaints. She was very helpful and helped me find the perfect pipe within my price range. Not only that but they have a very large selection of hookahs and hookah accessories. this is THE place to go for a hookah especially since all of the staff are very familiar with the hookahs

I bought a vapor that was suppose to be new for 60. And it was caked took it to another store to show. The salesperson lied to me about the whole deal and would not give my money back . He never made sure the product worked before I left. He was caught in a lie about it and lied to his manager. So now Im stuck with a used vapor that was sold to me as new. Bad experience and out 60.0ptoo. I would not recommend them to anyone.

As soon as I stepped into the back, I knew this place was different. Cant complain about the prices @ all. Hell, 1/2 the time theyre throwing some cool little accessory your way on the house. GREAT selection; extensive and unique! Overall, awesome collection of artwork @ this place, and the staff is cool as hell.. very knowledgable. Cant see ever needing to go anywhere else!
