Ive been patronizing Smokeys for years, and usually they are excellent. Just about everyone that works there is excellent. However, one employee has the absolute worst customer service I have ever seen. First I asked a question about a tobacco product and received an answer with an attitude. Then, during checkout, I thought I placed a twenty dollar bill on the counter and I went to grab my bag. The employee forcefully snatched it out of my hand and demanded payment. I was so shocked by the reaction that I wasnt sure it actually happened. The employee wears glasses, around 61, with a thinning hairline. I guarantee he has single-handedly cost that location $1000s and countless customers because of his attitude alone. I would reconsider writing this if I thought it was an isolated incident.

This is a completely childfree environment as it should be! Glad to see this at the time people insist on bringing their kids everywhere. They regularly have deals on cigs but they sell every smoking related thing. Check them out.
