The customer service is really good, love the employees, and I know this isnt their fault because weve discussed it. but Im really pissed off for the second time with a particular product. Ive been buying the house blend kratom from up n smoke for about 8 months now so i know the product very well. Last Sunday I just bought the 10 ounce for 100$ and its been tampered with. This happened once before and I thought it was just a fluke. Other house blend customers were calling and complaining about this as well so it wasnt just me. Someone that sends it over to the store changed the ingredients either mixing it or something else. I cant even use it. It makes me sick as hell. So a hundred dollars waisted when I need that product every day. So now Im nervous to buy again! Dont wanna get screwed again! Products like these should not be messed with period due to peoples reactions and medical issues.

The price on their products are the BEST and they have so much more inventory than you could imagine, I HIGHLY recommend Up N Smoke! If you go by their store I am POSITIVE that you will agree!!!!

Pipes and Pizza! WHAT BETTER WAY TO END THE END! This place is jammed. They have a great selection of glass. The lady working yesterday was so nice. I was able to pick up a small rig and a titanium nail. She knew my budget and got me the best set up! And I even had money left over for a pizza!!!

DO NOT BUY THE GRAB BAGS OR BOX! Everthing in them are stale and old items that dated back to 2003 and 2009. The box even came with a e cig and it was discontinued in 2012 and had other stale items. Now im having chest pains im sure its from the old e cig. Very Disappointed
