I heard about this resale store through the Next Door app and thought I would check it out since I was moving soon and had a bunch a big furniture items to sell. Sonya was so helpful and nice about answering questions and setting up an appointment for them to come out to my house to pick up my furniture for free! They came on time with a crew of strong boys, and a truck, and got everything moved without a scratch! Highly recommend them if you need to sell some items and also definitely check out their store! :)

Hands down the best store ever!❤ I absolutely love it. The best selection of just about everything. Clothes, Baby and kid items, toys, home decor, furniture, you name it, they sell it. Not to mention everything (really everything) in there is for sale. They are community based and what they do is amazing. Sonya is so sweet and welcoming. The perfect atmosphere. I will be back. Wonderful store with excellent prices for slightly used items. Also, the gentleman that works there, greeted me with a friendly smile and welcoming demeanor. He directed me right to the things I asked him about and informed that more good items would be put out in a few days. Great store and I will be telling friends and family and coming back to shop

Greatest new resale store in raleigh!! They have something for everyone from clothing, small appliances, furniture, household items, and too much more to list. The owner, Sonya, is so personable and friendly and went out of her way to procure an item I was looking for. This is a must on everyones list of places to shop!!

Very impressed with the inventory and customer service at Vault Raleigh. The entire process is different then other consignment shops as they launder the clothes themselves and you get paid when you drop off, not when the item is sold. Great store. Amazing people and a process that makes sense.

Just stopped in for our first visit and we LOVE it! Sonya and Wes were so friendly and helpful! They offer delivery for large purchases though Wes helped mom load her car. Selections change frequently and the prices were very reasonable. Our new favorite store in Raleigh, we will be back!!

Selection is great, lots of new with tags and like new clothing, home goods, toys and more! Sonya the owner is always getting great new items in so theres new selection coming in all the time, definitely go check it out we got some great items and plan to make this our go to place.

This has been a wonderful visit. Walked in with 5 kids and was nervous about them messing stuff up. Immediately they stepped in and gave me a peace of mind about my kids. The prices are amazing and the customer service is above and beyond. Definitely found my new thrift store.
