My cousin & I went here to get matching shell tattoos while we were staying at myrtle beach. We drove here from the beach because it was rated better than any of the tattoo shops closer to us. To begin with, we were told it would be maybe 100 dollars, which wasnt bad. The tattoo artist then SLICED OPEN my cousins leg while shaving it, then proceeded to still tattoo it. He has a giant scar that overshadows the crappy shell. The shell on my ankle looks horrible. Half was done heavy handed and half wasnt, so the lines are 2 different shades and very noticeable. Theyre also very uneven as if done by a 5 year old. To end our wonderful trip here, we were told it would be 160 for our 2 small tattoos. I immediately knew that was because I had let it slip that we were tourists. I will never be back here & do not recommend to anyone.

Dale and Pattie are by far the most awesome people in the area. Dale is super funny and is very professional. He cares about you and what you want for a tattoo. Pattie also makes it not so boring if you have to wait a bit for your tattoo. Whats sad is they lost their other artist Joe, who moved. But you want a great tattoo, a great time and awesome people, Dale and Pattie at Immortal Ink Tattoo is the BEST is southern North Carolina... DONT go to the shops in Wilmington!!!!

Got my first tat there about 6 years ago and my second one 4 years ago. Dale was awesome! Planning on getting 2 more next week when we hit Oak Island for vacation!! My sister will be getting another one too!!
