I shop at this Sallys at least 2x a month and usually I have had great experiences here. I work at a salon across the street and have referred all my clients here when they need something. They know my face and know that I have kids and everything. One day I went in to buy products and the sudden urge to pee hit me. I asked her to use the restroom and I had the products that I was going to buy in my handstand set them on the counter. There was only one other shopper in the whole store. She said, "Sorry we dont have a public restroom." I said "pleeeease, its an emergency! You know me! I shop here almost every week!" In 6 years I have never asked them to use the Restroom! I didnt think I would make it to my car! She just looked at me and with no emotion, "Its against the rules." I understand rules, but wow, there should be some discretion when you have someone who patrons to the point you know their face! I am taking my business elsewhere and will never shop here again. It just was not right for her to treat another human being like that...especially one who spends as much money there as I do! Very disappointed with this particular Sallys on University Drive and will make it a point to drive anywhere else in Durham except there. They are also very slow with checking out there too.

Not the cleanest or largest Sally Beauty Ive ever been to, and stock was low on many items. Works in a pinch, but better to try another branch first.
