too bad there is no negative star, sally beauty is another company that is bias as to who they hire and it goes beyond skin, they simply will not hire you if you are older than 20. i applied 10 years ago and just last summer. it is obvious they hire for looks and not ethics and after the last interview the person they hired already did a no show, lol
