I concur with Steven Williams. My exam was great! The assistant, and doctor were pleasant. I have an issue with credibility of the sales agents when completing a purchase. I purchased a pair of Chanel eyeglasses and wanted a new pair. I was advised by Maria that they will come from Italy. The pair never was ordered. They sent the original glasses off to be filled. When it was addressed, Maria stated she will order again. One business day goes by and my frames are in. The shipment came from another store which defeats the purpose of NEW! If I werent lied to originally, I wouldnt have an issue trusting this group. My expectations would have been set and I just would have went somewhere else. I spoke with Debbie the owner, and was taken back on how defensive she was. For her not witnessing the conversation, she knew alot about what Maria didnt say. Ultimately my overall experience was terrible, and I will not do business with this company again. Please take these reviews into consideration when making a purchase. It was a learning experience, and I hope this helps someone in the future.

Crappy experience. Been going there for over ten years. Went for my eye exam today and they over booked me. Said I was supposed to call to confirm. Acted like it was my fault!! Will not go back.!! Will not recommend they must have too many patients to care. A few points on response below 1. No where in the messages that I received from your office did it say that if I didnt call back that you would cancel my appointment 2. I have been going to your office for over ten years so you can guess that Im not a transient patient and since I had never missed an appointment before that I should have been able to keep my original appointment. If I had missed an appointment then I would understand 3. Since I hadnt been notified of this new "policy" then my appointment should not have been given to someone else. This new "policy" was not communicated to me in a letter, email or voice mail 4. I have never heard of a Dr office cancelling a faithful patients appointment that had never missed an appointment before

My wife went in for an annual check up and left with an eye infection. The fact that she got an eye infection there is bad enough. But it gets worse. She returned the next day with a swollen, throbbing eye. Their only concern was deflecting blame, not helping to fix the issue. They suggested she spend More money on an eye ointment that may or may not fix the problem. They suggested hot compresses which she did for 2 days. This did nothing but make it hurt worse. I got involved, trying to help my wife. . For my effort I was put on two lengthy holds and hung up on both times. I finally spoke to the Dr. who did her best to make me feel like I was the problem. End result: $100 spent, a swollen, painful eye, and an absolute lack of compassion for a problem they created. BEWARE!

Dr. Moore always takes lots of time with each patient. I never feel rushed during my checkups with him. He goes over the pictures and analysis in details that are easy for me to understand. My most recent visit was to determine what was causing a floater and blurred vision in my right eye. The photos of my eye showed a change from my check up of 6 months prior. To get additional clarification he referred me to a retina specialist. His admitting that he was not sure of the "cotton" in my eye gave me greater confidence in him. I admire people who are not afraid to admit they dont know something and seek additional assistance for clarification. If you want the best for your eye care, I highly recommend you choose Dr. Steven Moore.

Ive been a patient here for 5 years and my experience in 2017 with the newer office staff has been horrible. They booked my appt on a day there were closed and then overbooked me on the rescheduled appointment. I ordered contacts and my order was incorrect and had to be reordered. I live and work over 30 mins away and my work schedule doesnt permit me to keep driving uptown and they refused to mail my contacts to me without charging me a $17 fee. I tried to explain my situation to the front desk and she said I dont know what to tell you. For an error that was on their part and not mine. I love Dr Beaver but I definitely wont be returning back or recommending anyone else as I have always done in the past.

Ive been going to this office for a long time. It started with glasses and contacts. Appointments were/are always easy and enjoyable. More recently, Ive seen the docs for my pre and post LASIK appointments--and that prompted this review. As nervous as I was about everything, they made me feel very comfortable leading up to the procedure. I think that was mostly due to the comfort that Dr. Moores experience provides. Long story short: vision is perfect, the experience was great and I owe this office all of the credit.

Whats not to love? This practice holds wisdom, state of the art equipment and a true gentleman in Dr. Moore. Dr. Moore diagnosed an eye disease I had, unknowingly, for many, many years. Dr. Moore sent me to a specialist to confirm his diagnosis and the specialist was very impressed with Dr. Moores skills, considering the type of equipment that is usually required to make such a diagnosis. Dr. Moore offers a camera option for a nominal fee INSTEAD OF DILATING!!!!! Its genius. Dont miss out on a good thing :)

I am relatively new to the area and knew that my prescription was out of date. I did the most likely thing and went online and read the reviews. I liked what I saw in the online reviews and was not disappointed. The experience was great from the first phone call all the way through to them loaning me a pair of cheaters to use until my new glasses come in next week. Dr. Sara Beaver was knowledgeable and very informative. I will recommend them to anyone who asks me about eye care!

I enjoy getting my annual eye exam at Dr. Steven C. Moore & Associates. It starts with ease of making an appointment and convenient hours, friendly staff, great technician and Dr Sara Beavers thourough exam. The journey completes with the optical staff who have been great making sure I get fitted with the best eyeglasses just right for me. For folks who work Uptown, I strongly recommend giving Dr Steven C. Moore & Associates a try.

The experience that I had at Dr. Moores office was great, they listen to you and they care. The problem I had was fixed and there will be a follow-up. The Doctor was careing and concerned about my eyes. The suggestions that were given to me helped to correct the problem, so I would highly recommended this Doctors office if you have eye issues.

I have gone for several appointments at Dr. Steven Moores offices and I have nothing but positive comments for this office. The front desk staff are very courteous. Jason really explains the procedures in full detail and with patience. Dr. Moore and Dr. Beaver are truly the best. I already have my next appointment scheduled for 2017.
