I dealt with Terrique, a salesman, and Jeremy the GM. I was looking at a white Honda CRV EX LV (vin JHLRE48777C044042). On the exterior the car looked great. I asked them if I could take it to get inspected by a mechanic I trust. After inspection my mechanic said 2 things were wrong: 1. The AC compressor was shot (sweaty car ride the whole way there/back) and 2. A wheel bearing on my drivers side needed to be fixed. I took it back to Adams Auto, told them the issues and was promised theyd fix the parts and have it to me after the weekend. I put a $250 down payment to rsvp the car with the promise everything would be fixed at no cost to me. Well, Monday comes around and Terrique says my car is all fixed and ready to go. I went to get it reinspected, and as I was driving I realized the alignment was now crooked! After the second inspection my mechanic said they did not fix anything promised. When speaking with Jeremy he said they did a reset of the AC compressor and filled the low freon (instead of changing out the part to save them money!)... it was running cold but I was worried that wouldnt last long. So I walked away from the deal and asked for my $250 refund. Jeremy said he wouldnt give it back due to the hold on my car. I gave him a down payment with the understanding the car would be fixed and I would be driving it off the lot that day. Now Im disputing the $250. Not to mention Terrique and Jeremy were never on the same page in regards to negotiating with me. ALSO, Terrique was unprofessional in smiling and asking me what my ethnicity was. I will never go here again. Anyone who wishes to buy a car from Adams Auto better go get their cars inspected by someone they trust. If you want that Honda, negotiate for a better rate otherwise youll be paying $1k out of your pocket soon after buying! Good luck.

BEST CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE EVER I just want to thank everyone for the best auto buying experience ever. The dealership was emaculate and ran in order. Everyone there takes part in selling the car. First Thomas Dunlap the GM was wonderful making me feel comfortable with purchasing my vehicle. He explained everything and it was like I was dealing with a family member. Diego so kind to drive us to pick up my car and put gas in the new car. Erie friendly when we hit the door, trying to get a price of a automobile for me .Marie helping with closing the deal, even after they had closed. Brett very nice offering us refreshments ,making sure we were comfortable. And Titana {from Adams} driving us to Global Auto Expo. I would have never scene my beautiful car {MERCEDES E350}. We recently purchased a car with Jason and his team... I must say that it was an awesome experience!!! Amanda in sales was very helpful with showing us the car and was super informative with the specifics. Jason the office "Sales Manager" worked up the deal, he was extremely knowledgeable and provided us with excellent customer service from start to finish...he shopped around for the best deal that spoke to exactly what we wanted which was a huge win for us...we had our kids with us and he even saw that they were comfortable during the process which was great!!! As for the car, we were allowed to test drive and inspect it prior to making a decision; we love it and the price!!!...They were realistic/transparent and took care of our request within reason. I would recommend the team at the independence location, they took care of us

Experience was great. 2 stars because I never got my tags as promised. After being lied to,I finally went to the DMV and purchased them myself. When I took my 2015 VW Jetta to a certified VW dealer 5 months later for a software update and my first oil change (car is dricen only on the weekends) it was discovered that the drain plug was stripped and the center exhaust mounting bracket was nonexsistant. The sales manager at Adams Automotive Jason sold me this story on how all vehicles are taken through a rigorous inspection. He also provided documentation. He LIED! So long story short Im now sitting at a certified VW dealer spending over $1200 in parts and labor to fix something shouldve been discovered during this "rigorous inspection". I wouldnt recommend this dealership to Satan.

The car I bought is decent but the service is TERRIBLE. Upon purchasing my car at the Independence Rd. location, they agreed to replace a part on the car for no extra charge. Let me tell you, getting the run around is an understatement. I called several times and every result was "let me have our manager call you back." I never received a call back. Therefore, I never got this part replaced. This agreement was on the contract and I kept getting the run around. It wasnt until months later that I heard about the 30 day rule of making any repairs at the cost of the dealership. Now, they say there is nothing they can do for me. I feel as though Ive been completely dismissed. Be careful with these guys.

My wife and I searched for quite some time for a nice, reliable vehicle for our son whom is currently a college student. We allowed him to have some input on what he wanted. He chose a BMW. Once we located this particular vehicle at Adams Auto, we were pleasantly surprised. Our sales person was great and we felt he went above and beyond to serve us. We were also happy with our finance person. Since our purchase we have taken the vehicle to BMW for a requested routine check up to give us piece us mind. We received a thumbs up. That was just a bonus for our own peace of mind. Great experience. Have recommended Adams Auto to family and friends. Kudos to Terrique and Jeremy!

I was greeted in the lot as soon as I arrived in a friendly, helpful manner. The staff provided details with no added fluff to confuse or misdirect me regarding what I was interested in. The test drive experience was quick and easy. Financing was straightforward and decision points were explained in a customer oriented manner. They stayed late to assist me with my request and were willing to come in early the following morning to complete any loose ends. The showroom was well kept, though felt somewhat Spartan compared to other dealerships. The overall experience was excellent and I look forward to the next opportunity I have to come again.

Sean and his team helped to make the process smooth every step of the way; as a professional I pay close attention to customer service, and I received outstanding service from the beginning to the end of the process. Terrique was quick to call me back and communicate quickly via email. i was actually on my way to another car lot to pick up a vehicle i had already chosen when i notice a particular vehicle parked at the front of global auto expo .i immediately made a u turn to inquire about the vehicle . upon entering the building i was greeted by the staff with smiles and enthusiam.
