Wow... The bad reviews were spot on, worst customer service ever. I could have come in there and yelled Donald Trump is making a speech in the parking lot and still would have not gotten anybody attention. Bike store this is not as the only sport they support Is carbon fiber Trial Bikes. That is the only thing they carry, along with a bunch of other random stuff that doesnt really have a permanent place in the store. My only purpose for going there was to check out a Scott mountain bike I went there as they are authorized dealer, except they didnt have one in the entire store let alone a new mountain bike. They do have a a lot of Cervelo trial bikes on hand. Another thing is this store retail portion is very small and sort of dirty. Not like there is poo on the floor but I doubt there has been a deep clean in years, so like a tire shop they arent dirty per say but defiantly not neat clean and tidy. Customer was a joke that is all I can spare

Absolute last time I go in there. They always seem too busy to help and basically ignore you even when youre the only one in there. Its clear they cater to a niche group of people. I needed a new tri-suit and went in to try a new one on. For women, they only carry XS, S, and M for EVERYTHING. Lets be realistic - the people who shop there are not professional triathletes - theyre age groupers of all sizes. And Im not some "fat" girl complaining either. I compete locally all the time and Im in excellent shape but I take a Large in anything spandex. After leaving the Cary store disappointed I hit the Raleigh store up thinking they may have more selection. The man there tells me they can "special" order. LOL yeah right! Then I may as well go online and find one on my own for half the price! The point of going to a real store is so you can try the suit on...Take a real look at your potential clientele IOS - because you just lost me.

I have been doing business with InsideOut Sports for years and I am extremely satisfied. Friendly, helpful, and insightful. Their customer service is top shelf. I have purchased bike equipment, running gear, had several bike tune-ups and a bike fitting. Got a great deal on a used wetsuit. Their prices are very competitive, surprising to me for a specialty store. I have referred many folks to InsideOut and all have been pleased with their experience. Based on my own personal dealings and that of others I know, I can honestly say they go out of their way to make each customer happy and satisfied.

The customer service is outstanding at the Cary location. John greeted me as soon as I walked in and was very helpful. He was extremely knowledgeable when it came to running shoes and allowed me more than enough time to make a decision. He answered all of my questions and made me feel comfortable about my purchase. The selection is incredible and they always have the size that I wear. I will continue to purchase all of my running supplies at Inside-Out.

I recently started back running and a friend suggested I go there for running shoes. When I walked in I met Chase who is the running manager. He suggested I come back and bring my current shoes. I did and he spent 1 1/2 hours working with me to get me the right shoes and even took the time to show me several stretches that will help so problems I was having. Best customer service ever. If there were 10 stars available they would deserve all ten.

I highly recommend Mike Beaman who fitted my road bike. Previous to the 45 - 60 min session with him I had severe pain in my knees and back. After the fitting I went on 4 subsequent 100 -135 mile rides and the pain was gone! I am so glad that I invested the money for a professional fitting. What a difference! Thank you Mike!!!

My Felt frame cracked after a number of years of riding. I brought it to Inside-Out Sports because they are the local Felt dealer. Even though I hadnt bought my bike from Inside-Out, Jake was incredibly helpful and got me a replacement frame (under warranty) in a week. The service was topnotch.

Ignored for too long (despite a pretty empty store) and they dont carry Nike, so it was easy to walk out, even though I was desperate for running shoes, since mine didnt make the flight into town. Got great service at another place within a mile or two, that I found online while in the store.

Ignored for about 10 minutes while in the store looking for new shoes. This was my first time in there, and will probably be my last. The employee that finally helped me disappeared after bringing out a pair of shoes to try. Never saw him again.

Best spot to buy triathlon gear in the Triangle hands down! Their triathlon team is well worth joining and is a great and supportive group of people, not to mention the discounts you get as well.
