5★ Don George Jr. Great experience!!! Helped me out Huge!! Thanks Jay and Steve. Long review, but well worth the read!!! With just a few days left before our Camping trip to the Adirondecks my 23 year old RV refrigerator started to give me trouble. The LP portion of the fridge would not stay burning. This would be a huge problem due to no electrical hook ups at this state park and could only run a generator for a few hours a day. After reading online I suspected a bad ingnitor/thermo sensor. I contacted Jay in parts and he had it the next day for me. I installed it and it worked, thought all was good. NOT. Next day same issue. Not Good!! I was paneking at this point. Just a day away before our trip now. Went to Mantellis and spoke with Steve in Service. He suggested it might be a bad Thermo/ignitor circut board module. I went to Jay in parts to see if he could get by the next day. Jay and his staff dug through some old invintory for me and found it in their stock. YES in their stock, a part for my 23 year old Norcold refrigerator. Took it home and installed in minutes. It Worked. Flawless. 10 day campinping trip saved!!! The part was priced at or below online RV sellers and they had it in stock. I just cant say enough about this experience. I strongly recommend Mantelli Trailers. i alway enjoy my experience at Mantelli Trailer Sales, they are always very helpful, profressional, and curtious. They are always on point. They kown exactly what they are doing.and they have everything for your camping needs, i may have bought from a very large RV dealership , but learned quickly that bigger isnt always better, at Mantellis thay really treat you like people, RESPECT! They care! Give them a try today. This i the truth, find out for yourself. PS They have also answered many questions over the phone for me which were very helpful, thats why i bring my bussiness to them. at Mantelli"s they treat you like family! Whats more important than that!

Called ahead to make sure they had what I needed, spoke with Jay. He said he had what I needed. Drove out to the store, they got Jay for me at the parts counter. He took me over to where the parts should be....they did not have what I needed. He said it was "ok" he would put them on the order for tomorrow.... Not cool. A customers time is valuable. One of the items I needed he quoted at $39, I could order on line for $9.90, seriously! He offered no apology for my inconvenience. I was really disappointed in the way it was handled. Wont happen again, its a one and done deal for me. Just hope to save someone else the trouble.

I bought my first Travel Trailer from Mantelli Trailer Sales many years ago. Ive just purchased another one and I will always come back. From the ownership, to the sales staff, parts and service staff.....everyone is amazing there. When I got home with my new trailer I couldnt get it off the hitch, my salesman Ed came out to my house and helped me. I was doing it wrong! I looked at all the big dealerships and none treated me better than Mantelli. Im excited for our first Camping trip next week and will be a lifelong customer!

AWESOME!!! WE CALLED TUESDAY TO SEE IF MTS HAD WHAT WE WERE SEARCHING FOR. THEY DID. WE PUT A HOLD ON IT. DROVE SIX HOURS ONE WAY TO MEET "CHUCK" AS HE ARRIVED FOR WORK. THREE HOURS LATER WE DROVE OFF THE LOT VERY HAPPY CAMPERS WITH OUR 1995 HI LOW TOWLITE. THESE PEOPLE ARE EXTREMELY FRIENDLY AND INFORMATIVE WITH ALL KINDS OF INFORMATION. I have a 20-year-old Coleman folding trailer. The big RV stores like Camping World and Buffalo RV wanted nothing to do with me and my trailer. The people at Mantelli Trailer Sales and Service treated me very well and perform the maintenance I need it done on my trailer. listed as a dump site online BUT not Ive bought lots of things over the years but will not now false advertising just to get people to notice. if i need to run from lockport to hamburg to dump I will go there for parts an service i need!
